We recently stayed at the Granada Luxury Hotel, and our experience was wonderful overall. When we first checked in, we were very impressed with the hotel. However, upon reaching our room, we weren’t too happy with the view and noticed some noise from next door. We went to the reception to explain our concerns, and there we met Mr. Beşir, who was incredibly helpful and professional. He immediately understood our situation and kindly arranged a new room for us that we were very happy with. Thanks to his support, our holiday turned out to be even better than expected. We truly appreciate his effort and hospitality—it made a big difference in our stay. Highly recommended!

Best family holiday we have had

I have waited over a month before reviewing this hotel and our holiday to try and give a fair review and I need to start it off with **IGNORE THE NEGAVITE REVIEWS** We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 children (13 and 7) and were really looking forward to it but nearer the time, I made the mistake to read some reviews on trip advisor and began to worry! We arrived in Mid July just as the UK school holidays started and from the first moment we arrived to the moment we left, we couldn't have been happier that we came here for our holiday... reception instantly has that "wow" factor as you walk in and the rest of the holiday followed suit. We have 10 amazing days here and would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of travelling to Turkey. The hotel and the pools and slides are amazing. Our room was near the wonderland area and was spacious / clean / the AC was amazing and the room had everything we needed The STAFF at this hotel were incredible and really worked so hard to make it the best possible holiday. Cleaners / restaurant staff/ reception / bar staff / entertainment team all did everything they could to keep everyone happy. Some Hotel guests need lessons in manners but you cant blame the hotel for this!! You could get a sunlounger / spot by the pool even after 9am if you wanted to so no need to rush out early doors... Food was lovely - its all inclusive for hundreds of people ; some dishes were repeated/similar but you cant expect to have everything different every night of the week!!!! The Gym was open daily, clean and plenty of machines to use We booked in at the SPA as well and that was amazing - would definitely recommend! As nice as the facilities are - the staff really made this place a special holiday and I cant thank everyone there enough for the best holiday!
