Cats all over the restaurant and some guests think it's acceptable to feed them from guest plates with staff watching in with no challenge. Food is the same every day. It's also cold and the queues to get food are horrendous. Not helped by guests butting in and not waiting in line. Water slides close at 12.00 till 14.00 but in reality 11.30 till 15.00 on a good day. During this time they make guests go and eat. Life guards are inconsistent at the kids pool. Some are mega strict - some are understanding of how children play. Not an enjoyable holiday. Will never return there (we were due back in August and have changed it) and in all honesty don't waste your money in this hotel.

Emergency services are very poor

The hotel is good, but their emergency services are very bad. The doctors and nurses are not treating visitors well. - I faced an emergency issue and they are asking a lot of money for everything they do. - They asked to charge a lot of fees for the wheelchair inside the hotel. - They only have one wheelchair in the hotel. - They asked for a charge for an ambulance - The customer service lady is very aggressive. - Few staff are speaking English. - Bad experience with Hotel staff. I’m not recommending this hotel for anyone , if you have emergency, you will be done.

Pleasantly Surprised – Great Holiday Experience

I’ll be honest, I was a bit nervous before we arrived after reading some of the reviews, but there was really nothing to worry about. We had a fantastic stay and were really impressed overall. The staff were always cleaning, extremely polite, and genuinely helpful. The entertainment was a real standout too — some of the best we’ve seen at a resort. Some of the highlights for us included the pools. We never struggled to find a sunbed, and there were plenty of shaded spots if you wanted to stay out of the sun. The waterslides were great fun, though it’s worth noting they don’t run all day. They pause when the lifeguards go on their breaks, which is fair enough but good to know in advance. As for downsides, our main issue was the food. There were lots of places to grab a bite, like the snack bar, food court, and even a beachfront restaurant, which we thought was a nice touch. However, we found the actual variety of food quite limited. That’s probably more to do with us being fussy eaters — we ended up eating the same things most days, and it got a bit repetitive. The buffet at breakfast and dinner was the only time the hotel felt overwhelmingly busy. It was pretty chaotic, with people pushing, taking tables, and generally making it a bit stressful. We found it much more manageable when we went earlier or later. Overall, we had a brilliant time and would definitely consider returning. If you’re having second thoughts because of some of the negative reviews, don’t be. We were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed my stay with my 5 months old son and wife. This resort will be seeing me back next year. The variety of food is amazing, the staff are very helpful and the bar tender’s serve the best virgin mojitos. The weather was also a big help🤣

The decor is lovely, staff also helpful but food is not good and my 2 kids 3 and 7 years old got sick and we only enjoyed 3 days of holiday out of 10 days. Hotel is very big and sometimes overwhelming and busy. Lots off pools and entertainment is lovely
