Great hotel amazing service

I’ve had such a wonderful stay here in Turkey! From the moment I arrived, the service has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every detail is taken care of, making me feel truly welcomed and valued. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it’s clear that they go above and beyond to make every guest’s experience special. I couldn’t have asked for better hospitality – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice place to stay, friendly staff, good selection of tasty food. Pools really good, water park fun and always managed to get a sunbed next to the pool. Main parts of hotel really nice, clean and well presented, room clean but, could do with a bit of decorating and repairs. Large hotel so really busy but never struggled to get a table in the restaurant or have to queue to long for food. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Hotel

We stayed here as a family, 2 adults 3 children ages 5-12. We arrived late at night and there was still a selection of food for us to eat. We were given a room in the main hotel on the second floor. Upon arrival we where checked in quickly and given all we needed by reception staff, this included 5 towel cards that could be used if needed. The hotel is absolutely massive and takes a day or 2 to get to know but once you do this you will see there is so much to do, loads of places to eat and loads of pools, some relaxed (main hotel) and some with entertainment. The biggest and busiest areas are near the food village and a 10 minute walk away from the main hotel building. The pool areas are very well maintained and clean, with loads of lifeguards in attendance all day. They are very strict in the pool areas not allowing drinks near the pool nor any diving, which actually was a blessing as who wants to be swimming in a pool that is full of spilled drinks. Rooms- The rooms in the main hotel (ours was 2401) could do with updating a touch but certainly not as bad as some of the reviews make out. We had a family room that was separated in the middle by a bathroom. Two single beds in one room and a double bed plus sofa bed in the other room, overlooking the pool. The one thing I would say about the room and more specifically was the mini bar, this was only filled automatically twice in 14 days, we kept having to call down for fresh drinks in the fridge, when we had to do this though the staff where very quick to attend. Restaurants- The restaurant in the main hotel is very busy at peak time as you would imagine but we never got fed up of the selections of foods, there was always plenty to choose from and it was always fresh and quickly replenished. The food village is amazing, shops included: Waffle and donuts, pizza, kebab, flat breads, grill for burgers etc, ice cream etc etc. Too many to list but this was a firm fave with our children. There is also a bar in the middle and a beer hub. Staff- I have seen some reviews on here saying that most don't speak English, this was not the case at all. Everyone we spoke to spoke good English and are largely very polite and considerate, with the exception of one male bar staff attendant in the food village who clearly had not been trained in smiling or having any customer service skills, I won't name him as he may have been having an off day/s. Entertainment- We enjoyed what we saw of the entertainment, it was well thought out and they clearly put a lot of planning into this. Suggest you get there early if you dont want to be standing to watch the show. Overall we would return to this hotel. For anyone with cat issues please dont worry, they are few and far between and are very tame. The hotel look after the cats so they never go looking for food, they only approach guests when they are prompted by the guests themselves and even then they run off after a minute or so. Lastly I have seen some reviews of people becoming ill whilst here, we never got sick once and there was 5 of us, obviously your tummy takes a few days to adapt to the food and drinks but non of us where poorly. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Great hotel, lovely staff, brilliant facilities. Was so nervous after reading some negative reviews but honestly had a wonderful time. We were on the 3rd floor in a 2bedroom/2 bathroom deluxe room. Hotel is stunning and always clean! Staff are so friendly. We travelled with 3 kids age 5-8, used both kids clubs, spa and gym. Gym - small but plenty of equipment. Went at 7.30 one morning and really busy, later in morning it was empty Kids club - basic but my kids enjoyed it, especially the computers and small soft play. First time we have used something like this and felt it was safe, particularly liked the door entry was secure. Spa- had family turkish baths, my kids loved this experience would thoroughly recommend with kids. Also came back for a couples massage, we both enjoyed this. Used the indoor pool multiple times plus sauna/steam room. Outdoor pool areas - all good. No huge issue with lack of sunbeds except the waterpark section at Wonderland. The main big pool was fab, we spent most of our time there. Swing park - basic but done the job for my kids. Funfair - kids enjoyed it, personally felt it was overpriced but probably onpar to what you'd pay for similar back home. Disappointed it wasnt included. Evening entertainment - didn't go to this so cannot comment. Cats - this i was particularly worried about after reading reviews as i am scared of cats. Honestly i think we seen 4 of them. Yes they wonder around but they don't both you. I felt comfortable and i am really scared of cats. Restaurant - a bit manic at times but what do you expect in such a big hotel. Food was all lovely, plenty choices every evening, yes repetitive but there is so much choice you can literally have a different meal every day. I'm shocked people complain about the food being repetitive, i'd love to know what they ate each day! Negatives - honestly our only negative was the pushy team of staff trying to sell us excursions. After a long day of travelling getting to bed around 2am, we were woken to a phone-call to our room at 8am from the rep trying to get us down to go over all the excursions on offer!! Would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful family holiday. ** edit to add ** Deleted original review to add in this additional. Since returning from holiday one my children was hospitalised instantly. He is fighting 2 serious bacterial infections, one of which is mainly found in water sources and is particularly resistant to antibiotics and has been on 4 different antibiotics for 1 week now. No signs of improvement as yet Disclaimer - we do not know 100% what has caused him to become unwell however the hospital have advised one of these particular infections is mainly found within contaminated/ dirty pool water. I’d like to add, this is only 1 member of our party who has became unwell despite us all swimming in the same pools daily. I personally never found any issues with cleanliness in/around pool area however i have updated review to sadly add this part as i have seen lots of previous reviews about people becoming seriously unwell with bacterial infections after coming here. It could just be an unfortunate coincidence however it does look likely that it is due to contaminated pool water. I have not altered my star rating on the hotel as my opinion on the hotel has not changed. We do not know for certain what has caused the illness however i felt i had to be transparent to other guests and add this edit in.
