Not a 4 star hotel. You have to take your own bags to your room and try and find it yourself. Great location Room ok Nice pool But that’s where it stops Breakfast just ok. And swim up bar hygiene is disgusting. They just wash dirty glasses under tap and then reuse.

Location is good but thats where it ends everything else is old, dirty and not very hygienic. Black mould on ceilings, Dirty sheets & mattresses Pool areas have loose timber boards. My husband hurt his back many grazes and scratches on his back due to outdoor seat on balcony falling in. Breakfast was very bland most days. The staff at breakfast were very polite and helpful If you have tattoos they will charge you a tattoo tax for sheets saying there was ink on the sheets but can’t show you the sheets because cleaners have already taken them, they even tried charging us for pillows but we definitely do not have head or face tattoos. Upon discussing this with other tourists it’s a regular occurrence if they see cling wrap they will charge. We showed them a photo of blood on sheets from when we checked in but they were not very concerned with this. Extremely loud music coming from the resorts front bar till late. If you like the location around poppies II do yourself a favour J4 is fantastic roof top pool, beautiful dining room, Quiet and extremely clean.

So, this is not a Sheraton we are talking about, but for a budget hotel its good. We stayed 7 nights and imo its value for money. Breakfasts are cereals, juices, cooked food and breads / cakes, if its included with the room then grea value and convenient. Rooms are fine, clean and room service everyday to clean and freshen. My only minor grip is noise from pool and sportsbar at front is there. Not overly intrusive but its there, but really you should be out and about most of the day enjoying yourself. The hotel foyer and entry is small and from the road looks like a mess...but dont be fooled, the main hotel behind is good. Id use it again, its very good value for money.

Had to ask for better room as staying just over two weeks, view was a concrete wall. Lovely view of the pool and garden, BUT, moldy mattress and wall picture. The replacement mattress was terribly dirty with so many stains, even the bed linen were grey, no longer white. They offered another room, that too was moldy. No deep cleaning at this resort, only surface cleaning. Staff wonderful, no management what do ever. This place is very tired. Food in plates from room service in lobbies, sometimes they left there for more than 12 hours. Food ordered from room service pathetic, food cold and cut fruit warm. Not worth the stars they were awarded and not worth the prices charged. Dirty bathroom and towels are hard and grey, same with bed linen. Noisy pool filled with drunk people and loud music EVERY day. I will NEVER stay at this place EVER again and DO NOT recommend it.

Unruly place, have been before and was a nice place but this time, music that loud around pool you can’t sit outside on the verandah to read or even watch tv. If you want peace and quiet, then stay somewhere else as it has turned into a young party hotel. Security nil. Staff were nice, food great but definitely not a peaceful place to relax. Can’t even go around pool. Staff have no control over the guests or their behaviour and definitely won’t be staying there again.
