A fantastic stay - as always!

This hotel continues to exceed expectations every time I visit. The pools are great - clean, well-maintained. One in the front for relaxing and one at the back for socialising. The food is always good with a great variety of local and international options to suit every taste (and price) The lobby is welcoming and has a money changer.. Service throughout the hotel is excellent. The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. I have to give a special mention to Wira, who truly goes above and beyond. Every stay, Wira is a highlight - always friendly, organized, and incredibly helpful. It's such a relief to know you're in good hands. Looking forward to coming back again soon! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported getaway either with a partner, friends, family or group.

Amazing Hotel, Awesome Staff, Fantastic Location, Beautiful Gardens, Very Clean

I have been staying at the Grand Barong at least 4 times a year for over 10yrs. I have never in all these trips ever had a reason to be disappointed. Location is fantastic - close to Beach, Major shopping Mall, Nightlife, Restaurants & Warungs. The Staff are all amazing from Reception, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Maintenance and Security. There are 2 pools with swim up bars, 1 which has a quiet relaxing atmosphere the other where you can sit and request your favorite songs while meeting new friends. The Gardens are kept immaculate with absolute attention to detail. There is a money change in reception which is safe and always has great rates. You definitely won't be disappointed. Say Hi to Wira at front desk for me!

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful staff. Great location, close to beach and shopping. Great service. Pool bar and breakfast are greats. Been stay at Grand Barong many many times. Reception is 24 hours, ready to help you anytime. Wira at reception always ready if you need anything.

Disappointed

This was the 2nd time I stayed at the Grand Barong Resort, but this time it was so noisy and loud. The swim up pool the music was over the top loud as were the people in the the pool. Some were just plain obnoxious and crude they do not realise family' s go there, so inconsiderate of other guest. Definitely a party hotel and not for me again. Staff were great and breakfast terrific.

The Grand Barong team are fantastic, always helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily. Shower was amazing. Value for money. Always feel safe here. Pool bar great vibe. Great selection at breakfast and can order delicious Latte. Beds are comfortable. Thank you your the best.
