Dated hotel which needs upgrading

We luckily had a room near reception with a fantastic view. From that area you can easily access the restaurants and bar. Unfortunately for this hotel it is built on the side of a mountain so we had to rely on the buggies all the time but these were hit and miss. This is the problem for older clients. We found the food nice and varied. The restaurants are a bit frenetic. The upper floor is quieter. By the end of our holiday there were no English tea bags left in the whole hotel. The restaurant was certainly not a 5 star service. The drinks were not branded and the waiter service was really slow. The rooms were dated with a bath having a shower over it. The towels were old with holes in them. This is certainly not a 5 star hotel and if it wants to keep that rating it needs to address the issues outlined. We hired a car from reception which made our holiday. Once you get down to sea level it is not far to walk into Kardemena but then we got taxis back to arrive at the reception level. We could not get a sun bed in all the time we stayed. Forget the beach sunbed area as there about a dozen ragged sunbeds on a rocky beach. For all these reasons we would not return.

Amazing experience the relaxation massage

I Went with my daughter great experience for us both. Mother & daughter bonding ,Kassie was really friendly and very polite & the relaxation massage was out of this world, was just what I needed, would definitely recommend this to anyone, definitely worth a visit

Argiro was gentle and smooth with the massage was very relaxing.The pillows were smooth and made me feel very comfortable in the room.The massage was overall the best ever as she made sure I was alright and told me to relax for a better experience from the massage.

Very poor shower

Whilst the hotel complex is nice, it is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. The resort and rooms are kept clean, but the rooms are very dated especially the bathroom. The shower is the biggest letdown, badly positioned over a thin panel’d bath and no shower cubicle even though this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. We had 4 rooms in our group and each shower was exactly the same). 3 swimming pools to choose from and a close by shingle beach. The complex is on a steep hill but they do have a buggy service. Food was good, but would like to have seen more traditional Greek food. Only a short stroll to the town centre which is very nice.
