Beautiful hotel, beautiful surroundings

We came here on the 2nd of September for 1 week, it’s just a 15 minute transfer from the airport. On arrival the reception staff were very friendly and helpful and even though our room wasn’t ready yet ( we arrived at 2.00pm) we were allowed to go to the all inclusive buffet. There’s 2 floors for the all inclusive, the bottom floor which is situated right next to the pool and the top floor with beautiful views of the Aegean ocean. The top floor is mainly for the evening with themed nights. The food here was lovely but felt there could be more choice compared to previous all inclusive hotels we have stayed in. All staff here are all friendly and helpful. Especially Hammad ( I hope that’s correct) a very friendly young man who watered the top bar. He was very helpful telling us the best places to see etc. The hotel is a very large complex. On a hill but with beautiful views of the coast and kardemena. The golf buggies are always on hand to get you about if you ring reception they will send someone to pick you up. There are 3 pools which are all shallow and had no life guards . Sunbed’s were comfortable and the hotel provided beach towels which were changed daily. The beach is straight outside the hotel and although in places it can be rocky it’s a must if you like snorkelling. Kardemena is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and is such a beautiful place with lots of bars, shops and restaurants which overlook the beach or harbour. All in all this hotel is luxurious with large rooms. Very clean and working air con which was needed as it was 30 degrees! Friendly staff and we will definitely be returning.

Birthday Visit

We are presently here for my birthday on the 11th Food.. Our room (195) is amazing, large, spacious, and very clean. The fridge is stocked, Ac works, and has a coffee machine. The hotel is on 3 levels, a bit of a climb at times. However, the staff in the golf carts will stop and take you to your destination. We had the weekly Monday Gala evening last night, and it was presented very well. Food and all the staff we have met are amazing, Tom at the Bottom Pool Bar, you are unique.... A 5-10 minute walk takes you into Kardemena Harbour/ town, great for a beer , lunch, or evening meal We have read the other reviews, but fail to see what some people are complaining about. Our advice, if your thinking about booking this place then do it, im sure you won't be disappointed.
