Amazing hotel

We stayed here for a week in October. It’s an absolutely gorgeous hotel! We had a junior suite which was spotlessly clean and had the most amazing views! Sunset from our balcony is something I will never forget! We were brought fresh water and clean towels every day. There was plenty of choice at meal times and the staff were genuinely some of the nicest people we have ever met! Kardamena is a very short walk away, just 10 mins along the beachfront. We visited the water park, Nisyros and also hired a car for a day and did a road trip round the island. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to go back! Hopefully for a 10 day stay next time rather than 7! ☺️

Beautiful hotel

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, great location, and transfer time from the airport to the hotel is just 10-15 minutes drive. The local village Kardamena is just a 10 minute walk and you get to walk on the beach front seeing the amazing scenic views. We stayed in room 230 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was a Junior Suite (2 adults and 2 children) with a spacious room and a view overlooking the beach. We wished we booked a 10 night stay instead of 7 but we did book a last minute holiday and end of season was great because it was not busy in the hotel. We managed to do 3 excursions (Nicyros Volcanic island, Kos Town and we even went to Bodrum in Turkey). Not bad for a 7 night stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting beautiful views of the beach front and mountains.

My boyfriend and I had such a lovely time at Grand Blue last week! The hotel was super clean and the grounds were gorgeous. It’s right on the beach too which was lovely. The food could be a bit hit or miss on some days, but we’re not fussy so it didn’t bother us too much. All the staff we met were really friendly and welcoming, though at times it did feel like there wasn’t much of a staff presence around outside of the restaurants? Almost like it was just guests there. We loved how convenient everything was - there’s a little mini mart open till 10pm and it’s only a short walk into town which was great for exploring. Overall, we’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re after a comfy, good quality hotel. If you’re wanting something more high end you might want to look elsewhere, but for us it was a really nice and relaxing break. 🥰
