Yesterday I stayed at your hotel for one night, and I was very disappointed with my experience. At around 4:30 AM, while I was sleeping, I received a call on my room telephone from an unknown person. When I answered, the caller seemed to have called the wrong room. I immediately contacted the reception to ask who had called me, but no one could provide any information. The receptionist only said that I don’t know nothing else they said maybe another guest had called directly from another room. I was very upset by this situation. I have stayed in many hotels before, and usually room-to-room calls are not connected directly. In other hotels, if a guest wants to call another room, the call first goes through the operator or reception, and they confirm the guest’s identity before connecting the call. This is a 4-star hotel, yet someone was able to disturb guests during sleeping hours. What disappointed me even more was that when I asked reception for clarification, they could not explain what happened or who made the call. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with my stay and after I was complaining they contact agoda and they cancel my review link from agoda I not received all reviews is fack I not recommend this hotel
