We recently celebrated my 50th Birthday here with over 100 friends and family who travelled far and wide to join in. I cannot praise the hotel and its entire team enough for the care, level of service and hospitality that was given to us during our stay. We enjoyed the villa with all of its space, amenities and luxurious decor immensely. Whenever we needed something either Ananda or Kiran were on hand to help. Their level of service surpassed my expectations. The entire experience for us was one we will never forget. I love the Balinese style of the hotel along with the spacious gardens which are so immaculately kept. It is an absolute credit to the team for the care and maintenance of the property to this standard. We enjoyed the restaurants, bars, spa, gym, karaoke and pretty much every experience possible here. Everyone was impressed no matter where they went and whenever we had an issue or needed something the answer was always positive. Thankyou to everyone who played a part in our stay. We can’t wait to return!

It's OK...just.

I e had a few trips to Nusa Nua and this was purely average. The resort didn't feel "special", just average. The staff are always amazing. I'm just a little flat on the Grand Hyatt. "All inclusive" also had way too many exclusions and exceptions. That, coupled with the times we went on a day trip and didn't eat or drink much at the hotel made me question the value.

The Staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, often going out of their way to help. We are aged 75 and 78 and staff was always attentive to our needs. Our holiday was to celebrate my birthday. We arrived late at night and we were met by Abi at reception. Kind and helpful, he is outstanding. Located in quiet Nusa Dua, the resort offered a peaceful escape from busier parts of Bali. We loved the proximity to the Bali Collection. The grounds are lush, expansive, and beautifully landscaped, with lagoons and tropical gardens creating a “Balinese water palace” feel. We enjoyed the water aerobics in the pool, clean waters of the beach and atmosphere. The dining options were adequate and we enjoyed the all inclusive package. The only restaurant that disappointed us with food offered ( teppenyaki) was the Japanese. But each to his own. Our room was impressive, clean and comfortable, especially the bed. We were in the East village and we appreciated the proximity of our room to the main pool and restaurant. We will definitely go again and recommend the resort to anyone wanting a Balinese atmosphere , beautiful beach, great staff, a great experience.
