While the staff was pleasant, first they did not respond to my two booking.com message request for an airport transfer, when asked for ice for the room I was told they do not provide ice, their free drink was a nonalcoholic water drink I could not recognize so I requested water. She started to put some type of seeds or spice in it. I had to correct her and said plain flat water. Of course with no ice. The most positive part of the experience was the front desk man was very helpful in lining up a transfer to my next hotel. The room was clean and nice, but their AC is really just a limited fan. Their free bottles of water was two small glass bottles not able to make two cups of tea

The resort is tired and rooms are musty. Maintenance is lacking. Bed was rock hard. Staff are friendly. The head office based in United States is not so pleasant having charged me in US$ for the booking making cost of room about 25% higher even though I was in Bali when I booked and paid.

Excellent location. Close to everything in Kuta - Discovery Shopping, Lippo Mall, Waterbom and more. A lot of great restaurants and bars nearby. The Resort rooms are very clean and good standard. They have a great restaurant on site and a nice pool. Had a great stay here. No complaints at all. Very good value for money.
