Brilliant hotel

Travelled with my partner and 8 year old son. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, all the hotel staff are super helpful and really friendly. We found Baresh the rep to be excellent. The massage was really relaxing, and really reasonably priced as you get a lot of your money! The food was pretty good, and the drinks on the all inclusive. Wide variety on both at all times. The pools were excellent, as were the slides! The beach bar was also really good, and the private part of the beach. The rooms were very clean, mini fridge restocked everyday (for free!!), and small toiletries. My only side note would be that the beds are quite hard. The evening entertainment and kiddies disco rarely got busy when we were there. The transfer to the hotel is also quite long if you do the group transfers (3hrs+). We found that the private transfers were a lot quicker, but still at least a 2hr transfer. The ‘pit stop’ an hour into the transfers I would say don’t bother getting off the coach unless you want to get ripped off (we found out the hard way)!! The hotel also offered us food, and took our bags up to the room when we arrived and put on a mini buffet in the hotel restaurant, and we grabbed drinks. We arrived at midnight. Overall I would say this is a great hotel!

If you want to have a super vacation visit Grand Kaptan hotel❤️ Super food, excellent desert and super staff!!! You have to complete your vacation with turkish Hamam, recommend Wiwin and Akgul.

Hotel personnel is amazing, they always try to make you happy and comfortable. There is amazing tasty and unlimited meals all day. You can relax both on pool or beach side and during this time you can get unlimited drinks, icecream, desserts, fruits and meals. There is tunnel to beach that you will be beach side in a minute. Hotel provides you everything for the great holiday. Special thanks to Mrs Mahira for her care, she is so kind and helpful🌸🙏🏻

What a holiday at Grand Kaptan! Me and my pregnant wife chose this hotel after very positive recommendations from close friends and we are so happy with our decision! Everything is so well organized, so clean! When it comes to food and drinks - oh my God, we felt like we are in food heaven! Everything is so tasty, choises are so many that even after 1 week you can't sat you have tried everything. We also got to observe that only high quality butters, frying oils are used here as well as all other ingredients. Staff are amazingly kind, hard working, caring. Yes, I mean every single of them! My special respect to those gentlemen and ladies working around grills and ovens in these 40 degree summer days! They must be proud of their braveness and hard work. Special thanks to Mrs Mahire who closely cared about my pregnant wife as she sometimes felt deezy. Mrs Mahire was so kind to us and tried hard to make sure we get a right support. My overall recommendation is - go for Grand Kaptan. These great people here have created something amazing which will only make you super satisfied! We are already thinking about organizing the next trip :) Cheers! <3

Great Hotel with Amazing Staff, A Relaxing and Fun Stay!

We had a great first time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel relaxed and welcome. Everyone across the hotel was friendly, always smiling, and clearly committed to creating a great experience for guests. A Few Special Mentions: We went to a foam party and were accompanied by a hotel rep, Mehmet Atif, who made sure we had everything we needed and kept the energy high, a lovely touch from the hotel! I had a fantastic massage in the hotel spa by Kliwin, highly recommend and great value. At the beach bar, Mustafa was so friendly and offered brilliant service. At the Moonbar, Cihat and Mehmet were very welcoming and attentive, it was definitely the place to be for sunset! A Few Things to Keep in Mind: Rooms on different floors have slightly different features, so it’s worth asking about this when booking. On arrival, we were asked to attend a meeting the next day to go over "important information" like airport pickup times, which we thought was strange when we have just arrived. We found out from other people who attended, that It turned out to be more about selling excursions and boat trips, and we received multiple calls about it, which was a bit much. The main restaurant food (especially breakfast and dinner) was hit or miss for us, as guests from the UK, we wished it was a little more catered, We ended up eating at the beach bar for lunch most days which we really enjoyed That said, they clearly try to cater to a wide range of tastes, and we appreciated the effort. A very enjoyable stay, great people, fun atmosphere, and we would happily return.
