Fantastic stay for the second time

This was our second time staying at Grand Kata VIP and once again we had a wonderful experience. Even though we initially had a couple of minor issues with the Wi-Fi and the room, the staff went above and beyond to resolve everything. They moved us to a new room the next day at no extra charge, and after that, everything was perfect. Truly excellent service. The location is super convenient: just a 5-7 minute walk to two different food markets, a beautiful Chinese temple, and a big 7-Eleven, equal walking time of 15(?) minutes to both Kata and Karon beaches. Make sure to visit all. You really couldn’t ask for a better spot. The rooms themselves are fantastic. We compared them to the nearby Wekata hotel (at which we have stayed too), and Grand Kata’s rooms are much better: spacious, two-bedroom suites with two separate balcony exits. It made our stay so much more comfortable. If you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a perfect location in Phuket, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back again!
