We had the breakfast buffet at the Grand Mercure, The food was delicious. The staff Merliana and Padmi were great. The helped translate names of common ameri an food names to balinese. They were very attentative.

Nuadi and Fery are great guys from Barney's at the Grand Mercury in Seminyak. They're fun, sociable, and always happy to have company. Time flies by with them, and the service is top-notch. We highly recommend getting to know them! The cocktails are the best in Bali

We came to Grand Mercure for 4 nights and have been so happy with our choice. We ate at Batur Restaurant every night. The food was delicious. One staff member who stood out was Desy. Her warm smile and caring nature. Always welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. An asset to the hotel.
