My family and I stayed at this hotel from 3 to 16 November 2025. Although this was the off-season and the price was discounted, we still expected the basic standards of a 5-star hotel throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing in several ways. To begin with, some basic amenities were missing. Our room did not even include simple items such as toothpaste or toothbrushes. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, some soap dispensers were broken, tissues in the bathroom were limited, and overall the cleanliness of the rooms could have been much better. Another major difficulty was communication with the staff. Very few employees spoke English, including at the reception desk. In many situations we had to rely on Google Translate just to communicate basic requests, which is surprising for a hotel that hosts international guests. As the end of the season approached, many facilities started closing while guests were still staying in the hotel. We were told it was because of the off-peak period. However, services continued to disappear during our stay. By the last few days, even basic things like seating, canopies, and lighting in the garden and beach areas had been removed. The hotel advertises itself as all-inclusive, but the quality and variety of food noticeably declined during the second week. On our final morning, instead of a normal breakfast, we were given a small takeaway package with cold bread and cheese wrapped in plastic. This was very disappointing, especially since we had paid for a full two-week stay and were never informed that normal services would stop before the hotel closed for the season. One of the most frustrating incidents happened two nights before our departure. At 12:30 AM, we received a phone call in our room from the reception desk. Because of the language barrier, we could not understand what they were trying to say. Shortly after, staff members came to our room and knocked on the door, waking the whole family, just to ask what time we would leave the hotel. It seemed they were not even sure about our checkout date. When I went to the reception desk to complain, no manager or supervisor was available and there was no proper apology. Some staff members, especially at the beach service area, were also quite unfriendly, and the beach seating was often dirty. The location itself is not bad, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but the issues inside the hotel made it difficult to enjoy the stay. A final note for travelers: some small shops near the hotel had very aggressive sales tactics and were selling low-quality or fake products. In one case, a seller became verbally aggressive when I refused to buy a fake perfume. These shops are not part of the hotel itself, but visitors should be aware when walking around the area. Overall, this was not the relaxing holiday we expected, especially considering the amount of money we paid. If the hotel plans to close facilities during the off-season, this should be clearly communicated before guests book their stay, not gradually implemented while guests are still there. For these reasons, I would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to travelers looking for a relaxing holiday.
