Amazing service from the majority of the staff

I need to recognize Victor the butler in building 11 floor 2. He was by far the best service person at the entire resort that we dealt with. His commitment to customer service is better than I've ever experienced anywhere. we also belong to the Hyatt/Unlimited Vacation Club Secrets/Dreams/Breathless resorts). We have not even had better service anywhere by one individual than Victor the butler. I also need to recognize a few other people. Speedy Gonzales was his nickname. He helped us down at the beach he was a great service person as well. Carlos from the Member's pool area reservations was great. Luigi the Bellman was amazing too. Raul the waiter at the members pool and bar area was also great.

So sorry for the late review!!! When they say it’s too notch!! It ia just that! Fri the moment they greet you in the lounge, it’s amazing and dazzling, the hote butlers are amazing victor and loud were the guys but mainly victor, he worked tirelessly to make sure we had the ultimate experience for our first time at the grand palladium!!! We give him 10000 thumbs up (American style), and don’t you worry with all this BS of trump in office they still loved Americans (or really acted like they did) saying it’s not your fault your president is a big bully…they didn’t take it out on us at all!! Jose and Carlos kept us coming out to the members pool area and hooked us up more than once with a. Beautiful beach side cabana!! Tip these beautiful people, they are truly ther for your good time!! Brian was amazing out at the beachside cabana!!! I also loved Fernando who gave us an amazing service out at the beach, age don’t mean a thing when your slanging drinks at almost 70years old!!! Love you guys and your spririt!!! We will be back!! Love, Chicago!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ but the best person that I remember was Victor!! He can speak at least 5 languages, and his customer service is the top, he deserves many accolades (in America that means give that man a raise!!!).

Another outstanding trip!

Javier, Armando (Nest), and the entire staff at family selection made this our best visit ever! The food and house wines have a noticeable upgrade, and our 3 year old son had a wonderful time. Will definitely return! The only thing I would change is the background music at the Nest and the Fizz pool. Something more upbeat would be great.
