Official Description

This luxurious hotel is situated directly on the beachfront of Playa Bávaro and is surrounded by tropical and coconut trees. The fine, white sand beach is protected by a coral reef and thus offers ideal conditions for those wishing to try a spot of diving as well as many other water sports. The grounds of the accommodation feature a playground and an attractive garden. Additional features at the holiday village include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Those arriving in their own vehicles can leave them in the car park of the complex. Available services and facilities include multilingual staff, a babysitting service, a childcare service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Great vacation for the value

The only issue we had was that we were expecting 2 double beds as we were travelling with our daughter. What we got instead was a King bed and pull out couch. We weren’t able to switch up rooms however the staff made up the pull out couch adding a thick topper which made it a lot more comfortable for sleeping. As far as the food and drinks, drinks were great as we could get premium alcohol and the food was satisfying, much similar to other resorts I have gone to in the past. Beautiful property. The beach was good, some seaweed in places. Always was breezy, nice spot to go to if you wanted to get away from the extreme heat. Rooms could stand to be updated. The tub with shower needs renovated. There is quite a step to get into the tub which could pose an issue for some getting in and out. Suggest getting rid of tub and changing to just a shower. Overall a great experience/vacation had by all.

Will never book again solely on the awful customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service, constant run-around between passing me from department to department to resolve a simple occupancy issue. They blame the 3rd party booking agency while the booking agency says the only people who can make changes to the reservations are the hotel itself. They don't respond to the 3rd party for booking changes, no one ever answers at reservations, no one in customer service will help via phone nor email. They have turned a family vacation for a wedding and birthday into an absolute nightmare. Brides, grooms, and all other guests beware. I will never ever book with this group of hotels ever again, don't say you weren't warned.

My beach vacation

Great facilities and service. Food was only fair. Aside from a lot of variety, it was very repetitive meal after meal. That was major disappointment for me compared to other all inclusive resorts I have been to.
