Grand Pasa Hotel

We have a great stay in the Grand Pasa late August through to September. The hotel is lovely but definitely not a 5* as other reviews have mentioned. Aesthetically the hotel is lovely, but there’s a few things that contributed to the loss of one star. Firstly the rooms are nice enough but pretty basic. Secondly the pool area can only be described as a cattle market trying to find sun loungers every day. Despite the policy for towels only to be put on loungers from 7am onwards, I witnessed hotel residents placing their towels on loungers at 12.30am, in front of staff who neither approached them or removed the towels. Lastly, there was an area of the carpet on the way to our room that appeared to have sick on it. That remained there for the 8 nights that we stayed. The positives: The food was most definitely 5* and worth every penny we paid. The options were endless and each meal we had was delicious. Breakfast, dinner and “midnight soup” were fantastic. Lunch could be hit and miss but with all the food on offer, we were rarely hungry at this time. Cocktails were made in front of you and were delicious. Staff: All in all we had a positive experience with the staff. Reception staff weren’t overly friendly but were professional. The cleaning staff were super friendly and always went over and above for us. Location: Situated at the quieter end of the strip, this suited us greatly, only 10 minutes walk to the beach. All in all we’d definitely recommend the Grand Pasa in Marmaris

Just returned from a week in The Grand Pasa Hotel, i can say honestly that this is the best hotel we have stayed in. From our midnight arrival to the time we left the service was excellent, on arrival we were offered midnight soup which was a surprise and very welcome after a long journey. The hotel itself was immaculate and kept so by hard working and courteous staff, their English was very good and we found everyone to be unfailingly polite and courteous. We had the all inclusive package which did not disappoint in terms of the wide variety of food served and the quality on offer. Rooms were cleaned daily and the air conditioning worked perfectly ( which is more than i can say for other hotels in Turkey i have stayed at). The entertainment was also varied and the karaoke had to be heard to be believed... We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and this will be our go to residence when we return to Marmaris.

Where do you start, the food was as good as any restaurant you would visit and spoiled for choice every night. the bar staff were super friendly and always attentive. The entertainment team ally, Zak, becky and especially Connor were at it every single minute, Honestly never missed a beat. Made the holiday 100 x more enjoyable. Can’t wait to see them next year. Rooms were good size and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Honestly can’t fault anything about this hotel. Even the location is perfect. Easily the best hotel in Marmaris I’ve been to and it’s unbelievable value for money for what it offers.

Just come back from a week at the grand pasa and just want to say thank you too every member of staff working there they were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the hotel itself is beautiful and really clean the food was amazing for an all inclusive hotel iv never eaten as well the alcohol is strong and of good standard the only little niggle I have was getting a sunbed unless your up at 7 am all the best ones get taken and alot of people don't use them till gone lunchtime but the beach is less than 5 mins walk anyway were thres plenty free beds.were looking to come back next year as we had a great time, was my first time in marmaris and it was amazing

Guyssss we had the best holiday ever 🥹 BIG thank you to Connor, Ken, Speedy! You really made the holiday special. Connor especially was so friendly and honestly impressive with how he and his team delivered such smooth care to customers. I’ve never been somewhere with such a high level of genuine care before. Buffet food was amazinggggggg! We went on the water slides every day! The team made the days so fun and friendly, chatting to people, offering to help with anything, having daily pool competitions, dancing, and really good evening entertainment! Upon arrival you have a 10 min meeting with the excursion team member. I couldn’t believe the value for money and quality service from the external parties they work with! We had a boat day and swam in the sea at plenty of stops, a safari with water fights and visited Jesus beach, a water park day, TWO spa days with Turkish bath and full body massages, and a shopping day, for 190 each! Then because the food was so good, we didn’t even eat out on this holiday. Also, on a day we needed to go to the beach but stupidly didn’t bring our cards on holiday, Keneth (sorry if spelt wrong, he is in the excursion team and sorted our days out) kindly arranged transport for us for free and got the beach staff to look after us really well 🥹 little things like that happens often, they really look after you. Can’t wait to come back! I cannot fathom how anyone could leave a bad review, when every chef, waiter, bar staff, events team, reception, cleaners ALL were friendly and so kind. Everything was absolutely perfect and I’m in love with Türkiye now 💖
