Short Visit To Nusa Dua

The room was nice, clean, and tidy. We booked a Standard Room but were pleasantly upgraded to a Deluxe Room. The pools were well-maintained and clean. The food was also good, although the breakfast could use some improvement in taste. Overall, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Exceptional Experience of 4 Bedrooms Villa

The 4 bedrooms villa are very spacious and consists of complete amenities such as refrigerator, stove, sink, Television. There is also air conditioner in the living room, enabling us to be comfortable while having time with our family there. We also enjoy our time in the private swimming pool provided in the villa. In addition to that, the breakfast is comprehensive, starting from traditional Indonesian Jamu, to Western food. The staffs are very helpful and responsive in handling our room's issue (about door). Thank you Grandwhiz Nusa Dua !!

The exterior of the hotel is very beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The room was dimly lit, so you couldn't read a book, and the water in the shower came out like a faucet, which wasn't pleasant. The beach is not close (12 minutes walking) and you have to walk along a narrow and somewhat strange path. On the day I left, they wouldn't let me check out late, saying the hotel was full... It was hard to believe that, I checked out at noon and left the hotel at 5pm, I saw practically no one in the hotel, which is so big... there were only 3 people in the pool. It was a shame and very uncomfortable.
