EXCELLENT. Service levels are what you would expect pect from a five star hotel. Staff where amazing.we we're a large group attending our grand sons wedding to his lovely bride. The day its self was simply fantastic end to end. The various specialist restaurants on site were part of the inclusive package and excellent menu and service. I would certainly recommend this hotel . Thank you to all the very friendly team .

We travelled to Rhodes with family and friends for a family wedding at the hotel. What an absolutely fantastic trip. The hotel was incredible, on the wedding day and every other day come to think of it. The food was consistently outstanding, the staff were always friendly and helpful. We want to go back!!

We’ve just returned from our dream wedding at Lux Me Dama Dama with 55 of our family and friends. Christina and ALL of the team were nothing short of incredible and truly made our special day and the week around it a dream come true. Nothing was to much trouble, everything from the flowers, decoration, seating and food was immaculate. We were running late during the speeches but the main beef dish was still INCREDIBLE and perfectly cooked, our guests were raving about the food non stop for days afterwards. I simply cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the facilities are always clean and it really is a beautiful setting. A huge huge huge thank you to all of the team who helped make this amazing, crazy dream a reality, we could not have done it without you. See you next year!

Having had a very positive experience with Grecotel in Crete last year, we decided to book with them again. We were encouraged by them to book early for the best rates and rooms, so we did . Unfortunately we discovered Grecotel use , by their own admission "Dynamic Pricing" and therefore despite booking very early as they suggested we ended up paying around 800 Euros more. Having emailed them to express disappointment and state we were not in any way seeking a refund, rather perhaps an upgrade in room. Their reservations team acknowledged this was a fair request and that the check in team would be notified. Sadly on arrival we were given probably one of the oldest and noisiest rooms in the complex (455) , which was positioned above the main entrance, next to a major road above what we think was a generator room . The noise meant there was no peaceful sleep or time on the balcony for us. The room itself was tired and uncomfortable despite being described as a "Premier" room. On to more positive things ....... Despite the feeling of having been ripped off a tad, the service staff were outstanding. They were a real joy. The food was very good the service excellent and we can't praise them highly enough. Typically we'd give a four / five star review but because the reservations team let us down with poor advice in the first place and a lack of empathy, sadly it's only a three and a big question mark as to whether we'd choose Grecotel again.

We have just returned from Grecotel Luxme Dama Dama where they hosted the wedding of our daughter and now son-in-law. Wow, what an amazing time we all had! Having visited the venue last year to check out the location and facilities, we felt like VIP's from the moment we stepped into reception. We arrived with some of the other wedding guests and were all taken out to the balcony and drinks were quickly provided for us all. We were greeted by Christina and Andreas as if were were friends, not just guests. Christina meet with our daughter and son-in law on a few occasions before the wedding day and helped them sort out any last minute questions they had. Help was given where requested in the days running up to the wedding day, including a table set for 45 of us in the buffet restaurant, help with beach sports and activities on the stag day and taxis being requested for any guests who needed them. Onto the actual wedding day, everything was just perfect! A room with a buffet breakfast for the bride and bridesmaids, the spa cabana transformed into a beautiful area for the ceremony, Christina performing the celebration, confetti and wonderful background music. The beach bar restaurant was amazing, decorated with perfect fresh flowers, delicious canapes, and a drinks reception. When we finally sat down for the meal, it was just amazing even though we were an hour or so behind schedule. As the evening progressed, we had a wonderful band play for us (we had heard them when we visited last year and specifically requested that they play again) and we were all up and dancing. The cake provided was amazing and the fireworks just finished off the day. We would like to thank Christina and all of the team, including everyone front of house and behind the scenes, for your hard work and commitment to making Polly and Kieran's wedding day the most memorable day ever. All of the guests said how much they enjoyed themselves and it was an event to remember. We hope the rest of the summer is successful for you and we hope we will be able to visit again in the future. xx
