Arriving here late evening , tired ……. And then entering Daphnila bay made my sole happy . Looks lovely and so welcoming !, A nice lady said….put your luggage down and take first in peace a dinner , we will do it all later , That made immediately my holiday . No better way to welcome you , just more than perfect. At the reception Alexis had to deal with me, I was a bit complicated, he took me with a smile and explained again and again , he was so patient and just lovely. Really to say : the stuff makes your stay , a absolute holiday in a dream , if it is Sara, Maria, mikaela ,Zoe , Mario’s, Thasos, erbi, giojannis, paravesus, Nikos,Anastasia,Kristine, so many more to mention, the stuff is a dream and important !!! Beside that , a really lovely accommodation, high over the see, food is lovely and many to choose, rooms are clean and perfect . They do a lot different very good entertainment for adults and kids. I never have seen such a lovely place at the beachside , choosy,open, different to other places, just I loved it! People at the bar are just , Eisai magikos!!! Everybody is . Beautiful hotel + location!! We had an amazing stay, staff were so attentive and friendly!! Nikos in particular was fantastic, he was so lovely and helpful😁 My only complaint - there are no food/water stations for the kitty’s, poor things were drinking out of the pool☹️🐈

It’s now been a week since we’ve returned from our 10 night stay and I’ve thought long and hard about how to post a fair and balanced review. Stunning, wonderful, beautiful, fantastic are just a few words I’ll start with as it’s that good. Firstly I’d like to thank ALL the staff and I’ll apologise to the ones whose names I’ve not listed below it’s simply because I can’t remember everyone. Alexandra thank you once again for sorting everything we ever needed. Michaela getting to know you was an absolute pleasure and thank you for all your help you are one of the nicest people we’ve met. Memia again what an absolute pleasure and it’s great to see you’d been promoted since last year. Yanis what a gentleman and thanks for the warm welcomes each day. Dimitri again what a gentleman and thanks for looking after us in the restaurants. Sara thank you for making our Tavernaki that more special. George, Christi, Nikitas and everyone else your smiles and welcomes show how much (in my eyes) how much you actually care about your guests and it’s not just a job. I can’t put into words how wonderful this hotel is from the location, the food, the rooms everything is simply perfect. So from Emma and myself we can’t wait to see you all again. Thank you xx

A total relax in the sun

We enjoyed a fantastic 5 day break at Grechotel Daphnila Bay. We have stayed at this hotel before and it never disappoints. It is in a great location, not too far from Corfu town. Good food and drink in abundance, with a choice of Restaurants. The staff are amazing! Special thanks to Menia & Statis who are both lovely people who go the extra mile to make your holiday wonderful. Thanks also to Erbi, Natalia and all the other Reception staff and also the kind gentleman at the main Restaurant. Actually we would say all the staff are great and deserve recognition. We hope to be back soon.

Wonderful all inclusive hotel in Corfu

Daphnila Bay ticks all the boxes. We (a ground of 4 friends) have recently had the pleasure of having a short break here. The service, food, drinks & surroundings all jointly make it a truly wonderful holiday experience. The staff are courteous, they will tend to your needs & provide waiter/waitress service whether you’re at a bar, restaurant or round the pool. The staff are friendly, service with a ‘smile’ and very accommodating. The rooms are comfortable, cleaned daily & plenty of plug sockets. Fridge in room is replenished daily (no additional charge). The hotel provides a shuttle bus to & from Corfu old town for a small charge of €10 each which we took advantage of - lovely town definitely worth a visit, lots of museums, cafes, shops & winding streets to explore. The hotel has additional themed restaurants to book into (book on your arrival) - we went to Greek restaurant on the beachfront - wow what a view & the set menu was delicious. I would put this hotel as a definite 4+* - to make it a 5* my view is that it would need the rooms/furniture in rooms updated & carpets in room gangways cleaned & a little more adult entertainment in evening. Everything else they currently provide is perfect 👌 This friend’s short break was the best one we have had & has set the bar. Thank you ☺️
