We had a wonderful stay at Green Nature Diamond. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The food was varied and delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We would be happy to come back again!

Amazing place, we will be back!

This was our first trip to Turkey and having searched for months we finally settled on Green Nature Diamond for our holiday! The hotel is beautiful and it is evident how hard every single member of staff works to ensure it is welcoming! The cleanliness of all areas of the hotel, including our room, was exceptional! The food was very good! It got a little repetitive for our child but we never struggled to find anything to eat - having been to a lot of all inclusive resorts I’d say the food here was by far the best! The main restaurant did get busy but the staff managed it incredibly well - biggest thank you to Denis (restaurant manager) who was just fantastic and to the gentleman who made the waffles each morning - absolute credits to the hotel. We also visited the Italian à la carte which was very nice. We had the most beautiful room, 2nd floor overlooking the pool and sea. Whilst at times it was a little noisy (music in the outside stage area until midnight) we got used to this and I must say the room we had absolutely exceeded any expectations. A lovely extra touch is the mini bar being refilled daily. I must say the housekeeping staff clearly work very hard and always greeted us warmly. The pool area was excellent and the lifeguards work very hard to keep the area safe - we were very impressed with the number of lifeguards and how well organised they were. The entertainment team - we have read a number of reviews and it was very clear during our stay that many of them are new to the hotel. They were really friendly and always keen to get you involved (if you wanted to be!). Give them time and I’m sure they’ll be exceptional! The one thing we were disappointed with was the kids club - this was such a shame having read so many positives. We visited a few times with our child but there was very little for them to do. One afternoon the children were just sat around waiting for an activity - this was a 20 minute wait and there was nothing for them to do - not even pens or paper to draw whilst waiting. We were also very shocked that the evening entertainment in the kids club is chargeable which doesn’t feel right for an all inclusive. Another lady we saw in the kids club during the day was being asked for £15 for her child to do some painting. Such a shame as the space is lovely, as were the staff, but many of the children were bored and this was very clear. Our little one wasn’t keen to return but thankfully everything else going on around the hotel kept them entertained! Overall, we had an amazing holiday and we are looking to return next year. A special mention to the fantastic Aneta, Guest Relations Manager, who truly made our stay memorable. There aren’t many who would go as above and beyond as Aneta did - she is a true credit to the hotel and we will be forever thankful for all she did for us in making this trip special. This hotel has a fantastic entertainment team that go above and beyond for the children/guests and work really hard given the long hours they work. The food was great considering we weren’t expecting much because all inclusive food is usually just very standard - it was really good, they put on themed nights and made a real effort for the Turkish celebrations. The reception staff were all friendly and really helpful. The mini fridge comes fully stocked, they have daily entertainment on site throughout the day. It’s a really fun hotel. I’ve added a picture of some crochet dresses the lady onsite working in the pool bar shop makes them herself, she’s really friendly. We will definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Green Nature Diamond! The hotel is beautiful, the food is great, and the atmosphere is amazing. A special thank you to the animation team for making our holiday so enjoyable and full of positive energy. I would especially like to mention Aru. She is fantastic! I really loved her morning yoga and stretching sessions—they were the perfect start to the day. Her positive attitude, kindness, and professionalism made every activity enjoyable. Thank you, Aru, and the whole animation team, for making our vacation so memorable. We highly recommend Green Nature Diamond and hope to come back again!
