Warning: Due to pandemic, the private beach of the hotel is closed. The beach will not be available during 2020 season. Surrounded by a lovely pine forest, this attractive modern hotel is situated just a few minutes from the beach. It features 2 swimming pools, 2 children's pools, indoor pool, water slides, spa & wellness centre, fitness and sports facilities. The town centre of Marmaris with its fantastic nightlife and numerous bars and night clubs is 3 km away. The international airport of Dalaman is at a distance of 96 km.

Stay away from this terrible hotel. It was the worst experience of my life. The hotel doesn’t even have its own beach — they send you to another hotel’s beach where rude and aggressive staff charge £70 for just two drinks. The service is absolutely awful. The staff are unprofessional, untrained, and treat guests with disrespect. The sea smells like sewage. I would never stay here again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

Hotel itself is very clean and no issues in our room, however some of family had another room where they were the bed bugs feast (separate review and pics to follow). Food is very repetitive and i realise I am here for 2 weeks so this would be the case but this hotel is worst I have been in for this, very very repetitive. Do not expect pork products ie sausages and bacon as this is a Muslim country. Lots of hassle at check in as they wanted to hive me a 2 single bed bedroom for 3 people, took some time to get this sorted as reception staff were very hostile at the time. Watch out for the men who sells the scratchcards in this hotel as when you buy and they don't have change they take your money and say they will bring change but never do. Sunbeds, people are up very early getting them (6am) earlier for the sad sods! You have to stay with them until 7am otherwise staff will remove your towels from them. Hotel pools are extremely overcrowded and as for kids anything goes, ie water shooters, balls, any size water beds, literally anything so for poolside people prepare to get splashed. The pools are way to overcrowded, maybe time of year but not enjoyable! This hotel attracts certain types of families some of which i would not like as neighbours back home, u will get to see these as they try to steal sunbeds, tables, canopies when you leave them to go for your breakfast. Bad language around kids, let their kids run riots. Very noisy at nights with people playing Nicky knocky 9 doors into early hours. Would I come here again?? Well everyone is different but hell would freeze over before I use this hotel again, One downside is bedding not changed regular and couple occasions bo fresh towels left ps. Unfortunately still here when writing this review!!

I can’t fault this hotel. We had the best time travelling as family of 4. My youngest daughter loved the pools and mini disco. Entertainment was good throughout the day and evening. Daytime pool entertainment and plenty for the children. Evening there was different options for bingo, karaoke and live entertainment shows. Food was nice menough, always something for everyone to eat. Yusef in the restaurant was amazing, so helping and made our holiday special. Thankyou Yusef!! Beach isn’t too far and a bus is provided. Hotel room was nice and clean. The whole hotel was clean and there was always staff around making sure the pool was clean too. We visited the spa too where we had a chocolate Turkish mud bath and massage. My daughters loved this. Perrie in the spa was so helpful with sorting what I could use in the spa for allergies. Amazing! Thankyou!! Loved it here!

5 star experience from start to finish

Where do I start so entertainment is really good for all ages the food was amazing sweet section was very good staff are really nice of course you get the odd miserable one but thats anywhere in life guest relations are absolutely fantastic i had a bit of an accident where some oil had burnt my thumb when the chef put my omelette on to my plate it was a freak accident how ever the nurse on here was so helpful constantly making sure I was OK guest relations made sure everything was OK documented and I was given champagne fruit bowl to the room late check out family from another hotel was aloud in at a discounted price however the pools and slides were really good house keeping was so polite and great at what she does i left personal expensive stuff money etc nothing was taken basically I could keep naming great things I have nothing to moan about a family of about 20 did try to target us but that didn't go in there favour not only did I deal with it security and staff was there very quickly to resolve and descalate everything ill definitely come back again i actually said I would never co.e back to Turkey and this will be the make or break now I can't wait to come back this hotel should be a 5 star with the overall positive experience I have had oh yeah I can't forget kids club them guys are absolutely wicked whoever reads this ignore any negative comments because I was a bit skeptical before I came i travel the world in the best hotels and if there not so good I will give constructive criticism but like I say if your thinking of coming then book up also drake the entertainment top guy and both gust relations aynar and the Welsh lady both great people and the security staff all good and the staff in the restaurant very accommodating im sitting in reception right now waiting to be picked up reflecting on a positive experience I've had and hope others wanting to book this will help towards them making there decision take care green nature resort and spa we will see use again

Lovely hotel,Staff are friendly and helpful hotel was clean and there was good entertainment every night.The poolside area was very slippery this has been pointed out numerous times on other posts and hasn't changed.You've still got the sunbed queens i used to watch one woman come down every morning at 6.15 and claim the same 5 sunbeds every day,she would sit there until 7.15 and then dissappear until about 2.30. This happened every day nothing was said.Went to the onsite barber.I would not recomend this as more expensive than back home and not as good a service.No hot towels didn'Food was eatablet ask if i wanted my eyebrows trimmed all in the price where i live.Food was edible and you could always find something to curb your appetite.One gripe they only served draft Tuborg not a serious problem just bought cans of beer and filled my fridge.

The annex offers more than 220 standard rooms, 30 family rooms as well as other 15 Triple room. In the Resort offering our guests 239 standard rooms, 20 family rooms (2 bathrooms), 20 family rooms (1 bathroom), 26 suites, 68 Triple rooms as well as 2 rooms suitable for the handicapped.
