I’ll start with the good points Bed is extremely comfy Bar is well stocked Maids are lovely, bottled water each day, shower is strong, rooms are clean, staff are friendly Food is plentiful Now on to the bad points The aircon is old and is more like a jail aircon than an actual system, when we arrived the balcony door was broken. Our shower drain is also broken with cracks in the floor, dangerous as it could easily slice your foot open Day 4 in to our holiday and we’re both sick. Vomiting and diareahh we’ve been confined to our room for 2 days solid Kids and adults picking up food with hands, taking bites out of food and leaving it on the counter which has probably caused our illness. Bar and pool areas messy, drinks and food everywhere. Spillages on stairs which haven’t been cleaned up, pool area massively slippy witnessed a few people falling over. Would I return? Not a chance I’ll go to the diamond next time

Wonderful hotel and friendly helpful staff. Family of four aging from 11 to 79.Was taken to our rooms as we checked in at 1.30am. Room spotless. Pool side spotless staff always cleaning. Couldn't fault the food plenty of variety even with a fussy eater more than enough to choose from. Added bonus was the free cocktails with the free drinks. Had a lovely Turkish bath and massage highly recommend. Booked water sports at hotel and was taken to beach and picked up afterwards. Beach only a short walk away but we stayed mainly in hotel. They had a foam party one day which my daughter throughly enjoyed.

I’d like to start by saying that Overall we have a great time at this resort just a few things that could have made this experience amazing… it was advertised as a “family favourite” I would disagree. Our little one is 3 so couldn’t use the kids club (starts from 4), the indoor soft play and tv room was seriously nowhere to be found (despite asking numerous staff its location) & we had an email the day before we flew out to say the outdoor play area was closed. The kiddie disco didn’t start until 9pm! The kids had to get up on the stage at the amphitheater for it, and it didn’t seem very safe for the little kids. (Usually they are telling them all off for getting on the stage haha!). It was only usually 20 minutes long and was just the same songs in the same order every night. The ladies hosting were very enthusiastic with the dances though, which was nice. All night time entertainment was held in the amphitheater so if you wanted to stay and watch you had to sit on stone steps all night. There was only bingo on at one of the other bars and after that nothing at all… not even background music. We did luck out one night and saw a live band at the smaller bar (who were fab) but the next two nights there was nothing at all. (We did ask the bar staff if we should expect something but they had no idea). I know we traveled in April but the pools were absolutely freezing, especially the small children’s paddling pool for some reason? Some of our group did have fun on the outdoor water slides, but our little one was too small. The lifts were an absolute nightmare, with only two out of four in the main building working. At peak times it was infuriating when you’re on the fourth floor with a pram - we did report them multiple times at reception but no one was interested. Our kids loved the trampoline and spent a lot of time on it (it was £1 each for 10mins - take some coins)! We enjoyed playing pool in the arcade and had a go at basket ball a few times and the areas where the kids kicked about the foot ball was secure enough that you knew they couldn’t leave complex. There’s a few shops on site, which was a nice bonus… although the main strip was a short walk from the hotel. The rooms were modern and cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided. The shower was great! Food was some of the best we’ve ever had off of an all exclusive buffet before. Curry’s, pizzas, sushi, pasta, kebab, grilled veg. Also stuff every day for the picky eaters - chips, chicken nuggets and beans. The puddings looked fantastic and there was ice cream on every night. Like I said overall it was a great holiday but I don’t think we would go back because of the entertainment issue.

This is a really lovely hotel (one of the best we’ve been to for food ,cleanliness ,bar ,pool and facilities) BUT REALLY LACKING in entertainment ,the night entertainment is in what they call the amphitheater (big stone steps in a semi circle facing the stage ) behind the bar ,out of the way out of sight ,not practical for a 62yr old ,you can’t sit back because the persons feet behind you are there ,obviously no tables or anything for drinks .there are 3 bars (four if you count the one not included in the all inclusive) 2 outdoor ones and one indoor . we only had one good night in the 7 days we were there ,when one of the outside bars had a band on .if you ask any bar staff if there is something on at night their automatic response is “I think so,maybe “ so you just have to sit there until 9 ish when the kids disco starts in the amphitheater and go around to that, then there is bingo on after the kids disco ,in the bar around the front of the amphitheatre, but that’s about it ,unless you want to sit on cold stone steps with no drink 🙈 and watch an act .we ended up playing cards most nights ,luckily there were 10 of us ,so we entertained ourselves (really ….we played our own music on our phones one night ) if there was any other entertainment at this hotel it was well hidden…all this hotel needs to be fantastic ,is an act or karaoke in the second outside bar every night .it would have made our holiday perfect. There were lots of problems with the lifts the one by our room on the fourth floor didn’t work ,or the next one ,so it was quite a trek just to get to one that worked then it was very slow ,as it was so busy 🙈 I honestly would have overlooked the lifts wouldn’t have been a major issue ,but the entertainment was key to us having a great holiday experience…..this hotel failed miserably I meant to take photos of the amphitheatre before we left but forgot,the couple of photos I’ve put on you can just about see the stone steps in the background
