As a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children, we have booked this hotel based on positive reviews. We're still here right now. All in all, we have a nice holiday, but be prepared for huge crowds in the high season. Pressure, pressure and pressure all over again. I will name the pluses and minuses. Pros: we had a large room, with a washing machine and fridge. Washing machine is nice, to quickly do a wash for, for example, your swimwear. Water available throughout the hotel in small bottles. Food is fine. Snack bar at the restaurant is also fine, although the same every day, but fine. Fun slides for the kids. Cons: in our room 2 people had to sleep on the couch, this went fine. Please note that 2 people do not sleep on a real bed. The buffet restaurant has 2 long buffets. Rows, rows and more rows. Not at all logical. For example, if I only want to grab a boiled egg, I have to stand in line and wait unnecessarily. This is really not well thought out, causes a lot of unnecessary frustration and irritation. The restaurant is totally uninviting and cozy. Small blocks so everyone can grab what they want would be much more efficient. As indicated, it is very busy in the high season, everywhere: at the bar, at all restaurants, elevators, etc. There is an ice cream stand, there is scoop ice cream throughout the day, but packaged ice cream is often used up by the end of the morning. One morning the boy told me that there were only 10 packed ice creams and that they had not come in. In the high season you should have this in order for your guests. At snackbar restaurant too, regularly no cutlery and we only had to take plastic cutlery, because the other was washed. Water is not always cold in the refrigerator. The umbrellas at the pools are really in need of replacement. In addition, you need to put a towel around 8:00, or even earlier, otherwise you simply will not have a place. And especially on the beach, broken sunbeds and also bad umbrellas. You can get drinks, but the food does not represent much. Some fruit and just a hamburger. Also very strange that you have to pay for a la carte restaurant, 30 euros per person. We have had many AI restaurants in Turkey and always included this 1 or 2 times with your stay. Never experienced, that you have to pay for this. For that money, you better go to Terrace steakhouse, very good. Staff we found generally very friendly, Ergturul in the restaurant very friendly. At the lobby bar, Yunus was busy with our order, when he went to prepare all kinds of orders for staff halfway. I told his colleague, what is he doing? He's still working on my order. He got angry with him and said, guests always go ahead. Then they continued in a language I could not understand. As stated earlier, we have had a great holiday, but we will not come here again. Guest relations asked us if we had a nice stay, but I got the feeling that he asked this for the form and our answer did not interest him much. It seems that the hotel is focused on mass tourism in order to earn money. If you want to serve so many guests, you have to make sure that you have everything in order logistically and can provide your guests with everything they need.
