Amazing staff made it a great time.

We had a lovely time. Staff were amazingly helpful. We were unlucky that an elevator broke down with us in it! But the staff were brilliant sorting that out and so accommodating, we couldn’t fault them. We had a family suite which was lovely and spacious, and the children loved the pools (especially the aqua park areas). We’re hoping to come back. Thank you for the break!

Good stay with family

Came here with my family, really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly especially Haji, hanife, mustafa, and Ipek and the staff at lobby bar. I had few issues and it was resolved immediately. Food was OK, especially at the Gilbert cafe. Entertainment was also good. Would surely come back in the future.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is nice to the people. The pools are nice and clean and the food is good hotel staff is very friendly the food is really delicious swimming pools are great especially slides are fantastic I really like the environment if I have chance I would like to come back again thanks for the good service

Great for families with small children and teenagers

The whole experience of this hotel was great. Food was great different options daily covered everyone’s tastes. The staff are amazing the can’t do enough for you. The kids loved the slide pool and the staff around the pool were very good collecting us drinks making jokes with us and having a great time. I’d definitely recommend to others.

It is a very big hotel. Competitions and games are organized for children during the day. For adults there are darts, bocca, water polo and many more activities. The animation is very lively. The parrot show was very nice. Thank you, I will come again.
