Clean, comfortable rooms, nice and friendly staff, perfect breakfasts and dinners. Two pools and beautiful garden. We really enjoyed it.

Stayed here for 1 week with family. Had ground floor adjacent rooms overlooking pool. Rooms were very clean and well eqipped with good aircon. Nothing was too much trouble for our cleaner Kelly! Food was extremely good with wide choice of meals for breakfast and dinner. My only gripe is there was not a lot of choice at breakfast for lactose free diary although the staff tried their best to accommodate. The staff in the restaurant were all friendly and always helpful. Staff in pool bar the same. Pool area well kept with plenty of sunbeds even though hotel was full. Ideal walkway down to a fabulous beach. Mariner a short walk away. Although no entainment for children in the evening our 5 year old grandson thoroughy everything about our stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed here from 26 July to 2 August 2025. Lovely welcome upon our early 11am arrival and only had to wait 30 minutes for room allocation. The top floor room was clean and of a good quality. We had paid extra for the sea view and this was presented. The location of the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Marina offering plenty of bars and restaurants all at low to high budget prices. Swimming pools (2 pools) are nice and plenty of sun-beds even though it’s peak season. Pool bar offers good value food and drink. Staff so welcoming and friendly part from one individual!! The only let downs we consider in our option is the swimming pools floor surrounds do need cleaning. The poor sleep quality .. 0600 awakenings by other guests with loads of young children and cleaners (note daily turn around so rooms cleaned early start). Although no advertised benefit of taking young children to this hotel there was mass amount of children/ babies during our stay and all somewhat bored so not ideal for kiddie entertainment. Stayed at other hotels, also in Menorca and at this one the breakfast time was chaotic. BY THE WAY there is no tennis courts, no daily entertainment, no playground, no kids club, no archery … certain travel sites state this and can be mis-leading and as a result young families question reps … On a sad note one individual bar server was a very grumpy employee and I always say if you don’t like your job go seek another. Grumpy Graham as we named him (tall, bolding, mature man) put us off going to the only hotel bar. Rude, not polite, unhappy, snatch payments and aggressive. We sat there trying to think what had we done to him in a past life having never met him! All in all we made a good holiday of it but would not return as other hotels in the area have pleased us more in former times.

What an amazingly lovely hotel! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The food each evening was so good. So much to choose from. All staff worked tirelessly to make your stay fabulous. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. Pool area was fantastic. Whole hotel had a very laid back feel. It was so peaceful and quiet. Loved every minute of our holiday ❤️ ♥️ 💕

Lovely hotel great location and good buffet food in the main restaurant. The first room we were given had a slightly strange smell think it was something in the A/C, however once reported to the reception they were very prompt in finding us an alternative place which turned out to be better. The general feel around the hotel is very chill which lovely, my first impression of the food from the pool bar wasn't great however they redeemed themselves come dinner, the food in the main resturant is great loads of choice and top notch every time and very suitable for kids (I have 2 yr old) she ate really well while we were there. All the staff are friendly and you instantly feel part of the family while you stay there, nothing is too much trouble and people will go out of their way to make your stay special. There is a really convenient path at the back of the hotel which leads straight onto the beach which is so nice. I'd certainly stay here again
