​Had a wonderful stay at the Grand Mercure Business Bay! I want to specifically thank Suman, Ashish & Ankit from the housekeeping team. They were exceptionally thorough—every time we returned to our room, everything was perfectly restocked, from the coffee and water to the toiletries. Rooms were perfectly clean. It’s rare to find such consistent attention to detail. Thanks to all the Mercure team, for making my stay so seamless !!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness. Every corner of the room was well cleaned, especially the sleeping area and bathroom.
