We stayed all inclusive and all of the staff were very friendly, always had smiles on their faces and were a real team :) The entertainment on the night time wasn’t quite for us as it was more aimed at the older generation but apart from that the buffet food we couldn’t fault it. If you are looking for a quieter stay i wouldn’t recommend going during Easter as some nights we were up until 2-3 AM due to celebrations going on but it wasn’t like it the whole week we were there. There was never a fight for sun-beds on a morning which was great and the Blue Team would always ensure that you would never be bored during the day as they offer a scheduled activity plan everyday with a range of different activities/sports during the day ! I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel as it should be a 5⭐️

Good hotel great staff

Just returned from a 2 week break. We booked quite last minute and to be honest this wouldn’t have been our first choice of hotel but was pleasantly surprised. Reading reviews before departure some areas of concern were bed comfort, lifts & noise due to central location. We stayed half board with the privilege package. This suited our needs perfectly. Although this was fairly pricy we are not fans of buffet style eating & gave us more flexible dining options. We actually only ate in the buffet restaurant on two evenings & found it very good. Privilege meant we could eat in El Mirador for breakfast & dinner. Restaurant is right on the beach & food was always good varied & well presented. Wine by the glass served from a bottle. Also ate in the Italian & tasting menu restaurant Asenen. We had a room on the 10th floor right on the corner giving us amazing views right along the coast. Lifts were never an issue but think the lower floors had more of a problem because they were often full by time they reached there. Beds were firmer than we are accustomed to & we did struggle first couple of nights to sleep but became accustomed to them. Understand you can get mattress toppers if requested. Onto noise. If you want a quite peaceful location this is not it! But again we became acclimatised to it & usually stopped by midnight. Except for odd club night nearby where it was still going at 3.30am. We have stayed in other H10 hotels in Tenerife so by comparison the staff here were excellent. There seemed to be a real camaraderie between them & this transferred to their attitude to guests. Always friendly & smiling. Have only given 4 stars because of the inflexibility regarding breakfast on our final morning. We were picked up at 7 am & as restaurant didn’t open till 7am we asked if we perhaps could have eaten 10 mins earlier & we’re given a flat no. We were not looking for the full breakfast offering just perhaps a coffee & croissant. Given we arrived at hotel late & missed dinner on first evening this seemed totally mean spirited & have never experienced this before. We have hotels give us packed breakfasts before when we’ve had early starts for trips/airport pick ups etc.

Just had Fabulous Family Holiday at this H10 Great location - excellent service & a very warm welcome on arrival! The Staff were so friendly & nothing was too much trouble! This is an Adults Only hotel - We upgraded to the sea views rooms & the rooms are really good & to wake up to that view every morning was just breath taking! Hotel has 3 pools 1 of which is heated! Plenty of sunbeds The beach bar was great premium drinks & a great sandwich & wraps selection! The animation team did an amazing job always something to join in with & really fun to be with 🤗 breakfast dinner & evening meal 😋 the food was such an high standard & something for everyone take a bow all the restaurant team looking after everyone especially when it was really busy 😀 U also have 3 speciality restaurants Italian - A lacart & a taster restaurant all worth a visit but required booking for evening meals but u could eat in the A lacart at lunch without booking 😋 The bar staff & waiters worked tirelessly keeping all us holiday makers Happy & you won't be disappointed with The drinks most premium drinks on the menu 😉 There is the option for all different levels of board - we did the Alinclusive 👍 You have access to the promenade from the hotel but the doors will be locked at 22.30 It is very lively around this hotel so do expext a little party noise until late hours 🤗 For our group this hotel ticked all the boxes So please do your homework if you decide to book this beatiful hotel & please don't book a mobility scooter through the hotel he is not a very nice man & on the very expensive side! Also ripped us off with the deposit very untrust worthy! 😥 This is a 4* hotel with 5* staff well done Team Gran Tinerfe 👏👏👏

Great Easter Break

We have just spent a week at this lovely hotel. We were all inclusive. The hotel has so many plus points. The food is great and caters for all tastes. Lots of freshly cooked meat and fish with plenty of salads and veg to choose from. Breakfast has everything you could want. Drinks are good - Estrella on tap and the red wine was excellent. This can often let a hotel down for me! We had a superior room with a sea view. It was a modernish, clean room. Yes, the bed was firm but I slept well. The housekeeping was excellent and our room was tidied every day and we had fresh towels daily. The pool area is lovely and the pools are clean. Little cold still at this time of year but the heated pool was good to swim in. Always got sun beds without any issue. The hotel is close to lots of bars and shops in a busy area. Great for people watching! Some things to consider: Coffee at breakfast is self-service. We found a machine that did bean to cup and the coffee was good. Remember your long trousers, chaps. It actually made it all quite civilised and not a problem. Service in the pool bar was slow when it got busy. Lovely staff and the entertainment was good. We would definitely return to this hotel.
