H10 White Suites Boutique Hotel adult-only

10/10 beautiful place spotlessly clean very friendly helpful staff food was fantastic we really enjoyed our holiday and already planning a return in November, Easy access to local marina and the resort of playa blanca. Would recommend H10 white suites Adults only for a quiet break away from he kids and grandkids.

Positive - [ ] Quiet - [ ] Relaxing - [ ] Good central location - [ ] Great sized and well laid out rooms with mini bar stocked only once mind. 2 tv in room (BBC/ITV) - [ ] Clean and tidy. Inside and out. - [ ] Gardeners work hard to keep areas tidy - [ ] Any make of drink you want - [ ] Nice coffee at pool bar plus biscuit given - [ ] No rowdy people - [ ] Entertainment for everyone (Good to be fair) - [ ] Estrella on tap - [ ] Good long pool towels changed daily if required. Don’t bother bringing your own. They are perfect. - [ ] Padded sun beds - [ ] Great choice of breakfast. Good quality bacon freshly cooked. Good tasting juices and coffee - [ ] Plenty of sun beds. No fight to get them on a morning - [ ] Prisoner band has key inside it. Bonus - [ ] Nice small hotel. - [ ] Really nice pool areas. ( cold mind) Negatives - [ ] Disorganised food layout and not replenished enough - [ ] One person on a morning making omelet’s, eggs and cooking bacon caused big queues at times. Just add more staff during peak times - [ ] Meat on grill at lunch only cooked when requested. No forward thinking by cooking in batches to reduce the queue. Chef just stands there doing absolutely nothing - [ ] Layout of seating in reception makes no sense just turn it around and spread out more. - [ ] Food not the greatest. Really disappointing for what we paid. Always managed to find something but was bland tasting most of the time. Repetitive selection. Poor theme nights. - [ ] Don’t come if younger than 50. Mainly pensioners seem to stay here. Feels like sat in a nursing home at times - [ ] Only a few patio heaters work on a night near the pool bar. It’s cold. Why not repair ? - [ ] Awful music constantly playing through speakers everywhere you go in the hotel - [ ] Sangria pre-mixed served from a plastic bottle. - [ ] Breakfast not open until 8am Not sure if the positives out weigh the negatives with this one. Didn’t help weather wasn’t the best. Expected better from a brand like H10. Feel like they are more interested in profit rather than customers satisfaction . Wouldn’t rush to book with the chain again. Or rush back to Lanzarote. Weather too changeable for us.

Warning … only centrally controlled ‘heating’ no guest control of air conditioning in room as advertised in hotel website. Room temperature constant 23 degrees Celsius. Complaint was not acknowledged by hotel and handled badly. Overall the stay did not match what was advertised and fell below expectations.

First time staying in the white suites hotel, it was recommended by friends for its location. First impressions, hotel staff very professional,helpful and polite. Hotel is a reasonably small hotel and Adults only. Rooms are on two levels, there are no lifts, so if you have mobility issues, request for a room on the ground floor. We were located in a top room. Rooms are very spacious with a bedroom and living room area, which is a nice touch if one of you wakes earlier than the other. The balcony was also very spacious, with a sun bed two chairs and a table. Rooms could do with a refresh, but this doesn’t distract from the overall experience. Amenities within the room are more than adequate. Toiletries, bathrobes, spa slippers, mini fridge which you can stock with your own items, tea and coffee, and use of the safe which is free of charge which is refreshing as usually you are charged at other hotels for use of a safe. There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel, and the location of the hotel is central to both the harbour and port, both being approx 10-15 mins walk in either direction. Beach and bars, restaurants are also close by. Hotel restaurant, was a bit hit and miss with the food, but generally you could find something to eat. During busy periods, you may need to wait to be seated for both breakfast and dinner, which could cause some queues, but staff are quick to clear tables and reset when they become free. Personally, I prefer to wait to be seated, as we have stayed at some hotels where it’s a free for all with people walking around a dinning area looking for somewhere to sit. So waiting for a short period of time, was not an issue for us. We spent a week here, and we had a very nice holiday (even though the weather was dire! Obviously no fault of the hotel!). We will be returning to Lanzarote, and will definitely stay at the White Suites.

First off, this hotel is well located, a short walk either way to the new Marina, or the old centre, which we preferred. All rooms located around two pools, beautiful kept gardens. There's a pool bar to get drinks, lunchtime snacks and where the evening entertainment takes place. There's also a bar situated by reception, limited seating and very noisy when busy. All meals are served in the main restaurant, nice setting, room between tables, so a bit of privacy, nice location. But and this is a VERY BIG BUT, are you listening H10, and I spoke to a lot of guests, the food lets this place down massively. Everything is cold, even the food stations cooking the meat, not warm enough, please train your staff properly!!!! For the last 4 days of my holiday, I was microwaving all my meals, REALLY, is that good enough H10? Are you listening, because everyone at this hotel talks about it!!!!!!! This is a lovely hotel, with fantastic staff, and the thing that made it for us, great guests, so many new friends. But H10, please sort out the food, it's badly letting this hotel down, it's not rocket science to keep things warm!!!!!!
