The room was decent, and I really liked the design. It is simple yet eye catching, but the rooms could definitely use some upgrades. Upon arrival, the reception area looked great. The lobby has a modern and clean design, which gave a good first impression. We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor, while the 3rd and 4th floors were closed during our stay. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing overall. The only positive experience I had was with the reception staff, the rest did not meet expectations. While in the room, we tried to close the window roller, but it suddenly fell and broke. Maintenance did fix it, but we had to wait quite a long time. There were also issues in the bathroom. The toilet itself was nice, but the toilet bowl was broken and water kept leaking throughout our stay. We also requested extra bottled water and other items, and although they said it would be delivered, it never arrived. In the end, we had to buy water outside. Because of these issues, I would not really recommend this hotel at the moment. I hope they improve their service, follow through on guest requests, and properly check rooms for safety and functionality before assigning them. The breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but acceptable for a budget hotel. The gym and pool were also fine. The pool is quite small compared to other Hampton hotels, but it was clean and suitable for relaxing. Overall, I would rate this hotel 2 stars. I believe they have the potential to do much better with improvements in service and room maintenance.
