The hotel for everyone

We (Granddad, Grandma, Mum, Dad and 2 Boys 8 & 10) booked Haydarpasha Palace with Jet2 Holidays which was great as normal keeping us informed right throughout the holiday, We didn't use the coach transfer provided by Jet2 as our hotel was the last drop off. We arranged a private transfer directly from and to the airport. So our hotel welcome (at around midnight) was great, very professional, and enthusiastic, too. Our luggage was whisked away and presented when we got to our rooms. The great start was equalled right through our 10-night stay. Front desk staff never put a foot wrong and were very helpful with local knowledge, organising taxis at a good price and restaurant reservations at the Fish restaurant and the Assian restaurant. They are bookable for a 15 Euro fee per adult and 10 Euro for children. Both restaurants were exceptional, I suggest you scale down your buffet intake at breakfast and lunch. Each buffet restaurant had varied offerings compared to the other restaurants, along with the staple dishes that we expect and more besides. Our boys' favourite for lunch was the beach cafe and the pool cafe, there was always something they liked and some they experimented with. There were some cooked to order dishes at the cafes, and the ones in the main buffet varied during our stay. My favourite was fresh fish cooked on the hot plate. The main buffet restaurant stations were truly amazing. I took a video at breakfast walking around each station, which was almost 10 minutes long. It was amazing that they could achieve such consistent quality and for that volume of food. Service was always at least very good at the front desk, the food, drink, servers, and the clearing waiters too. We didn't remember all the waiters' names, but the standout waiters for us were Hamit and Younis, who were exceptional and a credit to the hotel. Victoria was great for answering my email about the restaurants and making the bookings as well. Sunbeds were always available around the pool, on the beach, and on the raised terraces, which was our favourite. Our boys made good use of the pools, slides, and the beach. We had such a great time at Haydarpasha, and that is why we have scored 5 stars. The hotel seeks to appeal to all holidaymakers' greatest holiday activities and actually goes a long way towards achieving that. There were some activities that did not appeal to us as a group or individually, but this doesn't reduce the rating because the rest were amazing, fantastic, brilliant, etc. The things that didn't appeal were some of the entertainment, bingo, the repetitive loud music to the pool activities, some guest followed the hotels request not to wear beach apparel in the La Gare restaurant

We chose this hotel because it looked family friendly - it definitely ticked the boxes for that. The entertainment for both the kids and the adults kept us busy all day and the evening. The day time mini loco had different activities which all three of my kids could do (10,8&5) and came back each day to try to win the boccia game! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our kids made sure we made it to the mini disco every night - especially for the crazy frog dance! We visited the main buffet restaurant, the patisserie and the snack bar where there were so many different selections of food - my favourite was the different pastas! The waiters/waitresses were all really helpful and friendly. Some really made a personal touch and recognised us every day! My kids enjoyed all the pools - the biggest pool is the coldest but once you got in, it was fine!! Their favourite was the big rainbow bubble! We stayed in a duplex floor on the top floor - it was amazing. The cleaners kept it really clean and left us different animals with our towels which everyone loved! The new extra fun fair was a great experience. The only thing i would said say is that they need a few more staff members for each of the rides as it gets very busy. It does open 3 times a day though so lots of opportunity to visit.

Beautiful hotel

We have just got back from 9 nights at Haydarpasha Palace. It’s a beautiful hotel, rooms are always spotless, kids pool is amazing, staff are lovely and cocktails are great. The jacket potato’s and waffles at the snack bar are great at lunch time. We did feel that the dinner time buffet food was a bit repetitive so we ate out a few nights but everything else was perfect. Foam party’s on Tuesdays and Thursdays are great. There isn’t much around hotel apart from a few shops and couple of restaurants but only 20 mins in a taxi to Alanya which has a lot more restaurants and shops.

Amazing return visit!

Return visit We’ve just got back from a return visit to this hotel and we honestly cannot fault it. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here and we cannot wait to come back to this beautiful hotel again next year! All staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one. Special mentions to all of the entertainment team including John and MC Ozzy, Koray in the restaurants, as well as the hotel receptionist who greeted us when our transfer arrived. It was brilliant to see lots of staff from last year still working there this year. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and staff work hard to ensure its upkeep. There is plenty going on to keep you entertained and our 5 year old daughter loved the addition of the mini fairground. The food is plentiful and has something for all nationalities to enjoy. We especially loved the pool bar at lunch time for jacket potatoes, chicken wraps and waffles. The pool areas are spacious and clean, and there were always plenty of sunbeds around. Thanks for a great holiday!

Hotel brill plenty yo do and food bar near beach ⛱️ is brill pool area good staff are brilliant but food in main restaurant is rubbish never warm and had to go out for a decent breakfast and rooms are 5 star and maids are nice drinks are good selection too not drank 24 hour though
