The cleaner Mrs. Selcan was very good. The waiter Emre was the best. 🙂 Good hotel for families, needs improvements in the kitchen because the food was the same every day for 1 week in a row. etc etc. Overall good, we had a good week..

I went away for 2 weeks in the hotel in August with my wife and 3 children. Everything about our experience was amazing , very clean, food was great something different each night. Now the entertainment team what can I say? They were outstanding, so friendly, great company to be around. Nur, Jon, Ozzie, Zek, Murat, Gosmami and Nurseli. I didnt feel like just a holiday maker they made me and my kids feel like family. It was that good that I've booked to come back next year for 3 weeks . Amazing experience keep upt he good work . We recently stayed here for 10 nights and the hotel itself looks like a 5 star it’s absolutely beautiful but there’s a lot that lets this place down. Staff: The following staff made our holiday: M kula - amazing service in the lobby/ terrible bar! Always smiling and joking around with our sons teddy lion he was great and could not fault at all!! Koray - was a massive help with our son’s allergy and helped us get alternative milk to use and afterwards would also come and say high and chat with us. He was great and always smiling!! Mirac - snack bar and evening restaurant! Always joking around with us and again looked the teddy lion our son had. He would also say hi and have a chat he was lovely! Ali - beach bar - fantastic service and would look out for us to say hi and have a chat he was lovely and got to know our order as well. Doughan - was lovely as well worked in the lobby/ terrace bar. He would say hi and had amazing service skills John - entertainment team - was amazing he was very friendly and easy to approach and the best out of the team. We heard kids calling him uncle John and he was kneel to talk to the kids as well. Always said hi as well. Amazing. Tunco - kids club - amazing energy and loved the mega phone. His laugh was amazing as well and he was really good with the kids. One member of staff that we got the name of that we found rude was sonet. He seemed to be a supervisor who never smiled and would love to stare at you constantly. He did more standing around being rude than anything else. As for the rest of the staff we didn’t have a great experience! They were all pretty rude and preferred Turkish or German customers. They would allow them to cut in and order. I think some people complained because they only then made people form a queue which would have been from the off but it wasn’t. The majority of the staff is what put us off wanting to go back. I’ve never seen service like it at all and for the price you pay and for a 5 star you would expect the service to be better. This has also got to be the first place where we have had the most rude people as well. They have no care for your space. The restaurant is the worst place for it as well! And kids are let loose as well. I get that they are on holiday but that doesn’t mean manners etc should be disregarded. There’s no common courtesy at all. Room: Very spacious and the beds were very comfy. Lots of wardrobe space and places to store cases under the large desk area. Few mini bar was a plus as well. The bathroom was nice and spacious as well only thing I would say is that the shower floor is very slippy and my son went flying so a Matt would be ideal. Hotel: Stunning when you walk in and the grounds are lovely as well. Everything is very nice to look at and couldn’t complain about the look of the hotel at all. Kids club: TUNCO you were amazing. Some of the others didn’t compare and we found quite rude but could not fault Tunco’s energy at all and he was amazing with the kids our son loved going to the games they did and doing the mini disco just because of him! And he remember our sons name considering the amount of children as well was amazing that he did. Food: I normally struggle to eat when I’m away but I had better luck here. There is a section when they have they have themes like tacos or sushi. It mostly it is the same every day. The snack bar by the pool the jacket potatoes and the chicken is amazing. The food is lovely. But got board after a week. Toilets: the toilets around the site are hot and miss. The locks need to be replaced as you can either get stuck or there isn’t a lock. The toilets by the Indoor pool were not the best at all!! Any by the theatre area the locks where terrible and a lot of the time had been blocked up by kids including the sinks because parents don’t go with them or they don’t care what there child is up to. Inside toilets were better maintained. Pools: Indoor pool is freezing! It’s not heated. Once you’re in and moving it’s fine but it is very cold! The large pool is nice as the sun warms it up but there’s lots of floats so need to be aware. The children’s pool does turn off at certain times mainly when there an event on by the main pool which then makes the larger pool very over crowded. Lifeguard stay at the kids pool are very whistle happy and most of the time you can’t tell why and they have different rules for different days. Depends on the life guard. The slides are great but getting a ring to go down the orange one is hard as people just keep them and use them when they are ready. It also not very deep so if you are tall be careful as I hurt myself. Sunbeds: we didn’t have an issue like some of the reviews we went down when we woke up around 8/8:30 and was able to get a bed anything past 9am you will be lucky to get one. We did see towels on beds and no one using them which is very annoying when people were looking. They didn’t seem to be any broken sunbeds. But we did see people put towels on after the entertainment… Entertainment: Theresa entertainment is good but again very repetitive they like circuses here a lot there is at least 3/4 a week! The disco that they have on by the main pool is also the same set but didn’t set up so balloons or cyber night. It also isn’t big enough for peak summer and mainly for adults they have balloons and stuff for kids but it’s the only entrainment that doesn’t retain the guests a lot of them leave very quickly. A lot of the acts they did have were good though. Facilities There is loads here they have a spa, games room, gym etc. there are shops as well but it is very highly priced. The cost for some of the items is a joke. And sometimes I think they make it up as they go and not everything is tagged either which makes it worse. The shops have loads in them but there is a massive shopping centre 4 minute walk away. There is also a fun fair area but it’s mainly for smaller children what weigh less than 30kg
