After our holiday provider offering us this hotel after ours were cancelled 7 days before we were due to fly we arrived mid afternoon. A bell man quickly arrived to the taxi and loaded our bags for us. The hotel was stunning the moment we entered. Check in was swift and we were soon in our room and the bell man started showing us our mini bar and the heated pools from the patio. We had taken some lira and tipped him. We unpacked and went around the hotel to see what we could find. We were blown by the beauty. All the staff seemed happy to see you and had a big smile. The beds are tall and as im only 5ft with disabilities it was a feat in its self to get on. I found the mattress hard but once I laid down I slept like a log. So comfy! I have a mobility scooter and I could all the hotel accessible in it. However mine is a small folding one a normal size back home would struggle to charge as you wouldn't get it in the room. The doors have their own entrance area off the corridor that would be impossible with a large wheelchair. In the bars and restaurants the staff are equally as happy. We were served a lot by Ismail and Mehmet in the main restaurant who were fantastic! Knew our drinks and always called us boss man and The boss lady. They were fabulous and attentive to our every need. Thank you to you both. The chefs and some of the higher staff were constantly in the hall making sure there was plenty to eat and that the staff was doing their best. Which they were! The food did halve a few days in which is when we found out the hotel closed completely on the 1st Dec. ( our leaving date) for the winter. We went on a trip with Get your guide and 2 with Alanya tours and the latter was shamazing! Highly recommended. Will do a review separate. The hotel has other restaurants (Turkish, Chinese and fish but these were closed. We wanted to book one for our anniversary and the ladies in the corner of reception organised our room to be done with a blanket swan and complimentary wine and fruit and a well wishes note. This made our day!! Thank you. It also has a arcade with a bowling alley, shops, a doctor, beach bar, amphitheatre, and an amazing kids area. The entertainment team are out of this world. The cleaners are thorough with only 1 day didnt replenish our fridge but that's OK. It cost 30€ to allanya so a bit pricey but with the local bazzarr at the top of the street you get what you would in town anyway. But it's allways good to go get some culture. You will truly have an amazing holiday here. First class hotel, staff, rooms, food, and weather. Thank you Hardapasha Palace ********** 10/10

Extremely Disappointing – Looks Like a 5* Hotel but Delivers a 3* Experience at Best We visited for 7 days during the second week of November. Although the hotel looks beautiful on the surface, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. There were a few positives but the negatives were so significant that we would not return and cannot recommend this hotel, especially for anyone with dietary requirements. ⭐ The Good - Plenty of lifts so you’re never waiting around, usually no more than ten seconds. - Bar staff were genuinely lovely, shoutout to Mustafa in Otto Bar who was friendly, attentive and welcoming. - Housekeeping was excellent. Rooms were cleaned quickly and to a high standard every day without fail. - We were upgraded due to the ongoing issues with food. The upgraded room had a lovely balcony view which became one of the only enjoyable parts of the stay although it doesn’t change the fact that we still went days hungry. - The hotel has plenty of pool areas so there was always space to relax. - No fighting for sun beds which was refreshing and one of the only stress-free aspects of the stay. - Beautiful sunsets on the beach. ❌ The Bad - The food was extremely hit and miss but mostly miss. As someone who is coeliac I struggled every single day. When I spoke to guest relations I was told reception should have flagged my dietary requirements at check-in and asked me to speak to her immediately. This never happened. - One female receptionist was shockingly rude. She spoke with attitude, made no effort to help and acted like basic questions were an inconvenience. - WiFi in the rooms and around the pool areas is barely usable which is unacceptable for a modern resort. - The adults only pool was not adults only. Children under 18 were running around making noise and playing. Despite reporting this to the lifeguard multiple times we were told it wasn’t their job to enforce it. - Only one pool is heated which is the adults only one. This made it crowded and loud especially since children were constantly using it. - The food became boring and repetitive with the same dishes appearing day after day. - Very few staff speak English. Most looked confused or walked away when we tried to communicate. For a hotel advertised as 5* in a major tourist area this was shocking. I’ve stayed at many all inclusive resorts in Turkey and this was the worst for communication. - The slide pool was absolutely freezing. After one go on the slides my legs felt like ice cubes. Completely unusable in November. - The hotel focuses heavily on looking beautiful but everything beyond the décor feels neglected. It does not deliver a 5* experience. - The food labels are unreliable and unsafe. I am coeliac and cannot have teriyaki or soy sauce. A chicken dish clearly made with teriyaki sauce was labelled gluten free. On the first day I asked the chef which dishes were gluten free and the ones he pointed to were not gluten free at all. When I questioned why they were labelled that way he didn’t understand me. There were many dishes incorrectly labelled throughout the week which is dangerous. - Guest relations were helpful at first but when we returned to raise further concerns about the food the staff member became rude and dismissive. - We waited 30 minutes for a simple pizza after being told multiple times it would take ten minutes. - We emailed the hotel before our visit with important questions and they replied five days into our holiday which was completely unhelpful. A visually stunning hotel that completely fails to deliver the 5* experience it promises. Food safety for coeliacs is extremely poor, staff communication is inconsistent and at times rude, facilities are mismanaged and many basics like WiFi and adults-only areas are not properly maintained. Although the pools, lifts and housekeeping were good, the overall stay was frustrating, unsafe and far below expectations. We would not return.

Don’t believe 5* reviews.

Do not believe all reviews for this hotel. We came for two weeks from 2nd November, during the last few days we got harassed to leave a 5* review, they wanted to see what we wrote and changed the wording, wanted evidence that I wrote a 5*. They wouldn’t leave us alone until we did one. I deleted that review as it wasn’t an honest review. Visually the hotel looks amazing but for the price we paid it wasn’t worth it. Bar staff and cleaners are absolutely amazing. Entertainment team aren’t great. They only seemed interested in adults and taking your money to play bingo. There are two females on the entertainment team, one with blonde hair and another with pink hair. Both these woman go around snarling adults and children. Food was fine, our room was cleaned every day and the bar staff made sure the bar areas were always clean. Nebi, Soner, M Kula, Ali and Vevzi the bar staff were absolutely amazing - especially with our little girl. She had so much fun and laughter with them. The children’s entertainment team didn’t bother. There are hotels better for family’s in Turkey.

Amazing holiday

Absolutely amazing hotel! We came as a family of five, we stayed for 10 nights, we stayed in a duplex room, it was great. All the staff were amazing special shout out to Koray, Mert, Umut from the bar/catering and Tunco from the entertainment these members of staff we felt are the best. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we are considering coming back again in the future. The housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room clean. The hotel itself is really clean and beautiful decor etc. Food was really good. Overall amazing.
