Unsatisfying experience

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room was very small and not properly maintained. The sink drained very slowly, and water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. Although the hotel has clearly been renovated, the work appears to have been done at a very basic and unprofessional standard. We also booked a room with a mountain view but were instead given a room overlooking the parking lot. On several occasions, members of my family tried calling the reception desk, but no one answered. This hotel has good potential thanks to its location and recent renovation, but unfortunately that potential has not been realized. With better maintenance, improved customer service, and more attention to guest bookings, it could provide a much better experience.

Stayed here for 7 nights end of June Good points Very large modern hotel Room ( junior suite ) nice quite spacious Nice cocktails at beach bar / lobby Buffet average food Marina at beach bar was excellent Rebecca lobby bar was great too Bad points Not enough bars for this size hotel Long wait for drinks Rude barman when we tried to order at the bar he told us to sit down we said we have been waiting a while his response - Look around ( not 5 star ) and rude Al acarte South American food was awful and sever Sam was the worst so rude If you are used to 5 star in the likes of Turkey where they bend over backwards to assist & never leave you with dirty plates piling up then you will be disappointed , the service lets its down Lots of nationalities here inc Israelis

This is an amazing hotels so family oriented catering to your every need. The staff was just so accommodating and friendly, the hotel is beautiful with several pools and water park, entertainment for the children and a beach. Something for everyone. Highly recommended!

We were satisfied with everything, but the cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. It wasn't the daily cleaning—which was done thoroughly—but rather the areas that are less visible, such as under the bed and under the bathroom furniture, where there were plenty of cobwebs.
