Great experience

We recently spent 10 wonderful nights at Helea, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, a relaxing atmosphere, and everything you need for a memorable stay. What truly made our holiday special, though, was the exceptional service. A special mention goes to Rebecca at the lobby bar, she was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. So friendly, warm, and approachable, she always greeted us with a smile and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Thank you to the whole team for a lovely stay, we would definitely return!

This was my first time coming to Rhodes and the hotel and staff didn’t disappoint. The staff were friendly throughout in all different areas of the hotel complex from reception staff, waiters and the cleaners. After dinner we often went to the Soroni bar to have a couple of drinks and play card games and we only ever had a positive experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to have a conversation. On multiple occasions we were served by Rebecca who would find us somewhere nice to sit with incredible views. She was attentive and friendly and always came up to our table to top up drinks, when she saw we were running low. All in all we have had an excellent stay and most definitely will be returning

Nice but be prepared

The hotel itself was lovely and the rooms clean, we was told to book the restaurant via the app but pretty much everyone was fully booked, maybe if your going try and ring ahead to get access to book. At the Greek restaurant had to ask multiple times for my kids food we had all eaten by the time theirs arrived. Sun-beds, if you want one expect to get up at 6/7am to get them it’s crazy how fast they go. It says you can’t reserve but people were leaving towels on in the evening. Majority of the staff were lovely apart from 1 bar man who was making drinks every night he was just very RUDE. Wouldn’t let me order 4 drinks only 2 per person even though we were a family of 4 staying. But then allowed others to order. I think he just didn’t like us. Overall it’s a really nice hotel, but be prepared for early mornings and to eat at the buffet each night.
