Best time at Awali

Our stay was truly special. The service is truly 5 stars. Everyove was so welcoming and made sure we were comfortable. We really enjoyed the bike rides to the Chateau and the Seashell museum. We also enjoyed the fresh coconuts at the Coco Shack. Kids had fun at the pool and playing volleyball on the beach. Special thanks to Nicolas and team at the bar and the great staff at the Sports Centre. We truly enjoyed our stay and want to come back.

Feel home away from home

Our second visit to Heritage Awali was as amazing as the first experience. A warm welcome, stunning views, hotel team paying attention to every detail, friendly yet professional attitude and atmosphere that is hard to beat. We knew what to expect and still had another challenge - an anniversary celebration. We received a helpful approach prior our arrival, and later we were well taken care of by the FB team, especially a pure angel Angele, the master bartender Nicolas, recreation team (taking part in our sporty challenges), guest relations Ms. Nasrat, and of course the management led by Mr. J. Our group enjoyed the authentic Mauritian cuisine (as part of the National Day celebration), we couldn´t miss the Thursday Lobster dinner and everyday a tasty breakfast buffet (AI packeg is highly recommened). The location of the resort offers quiet/relaxing experience close to the natural reserves, clean and private beach with rich underwater life to discover. Rooms were always clean, beach towels changed and refreshments incl. drinks throughout the day provided - kids loved especially the new pancake and icecreams stand. Amazing stay, once again and looking forward coming back!

First but not last visit - Max & Meghan

Absolutely loved Mauritius. Fantastic location full of wildlife and excursions nearby. The Hotel rings to rural luxury with its wooden architecture and thatched roofs. We had a Seaview room which was stunning, perfect size and a strong, well needed air conditioning system. Our housekeeper Shiele was very friendly and done an amazing job twice a day. The Buffett is perfect sized, we spent 9 days here and ate at the buffet 6 of those with something different available every single day, thank you to Johnny and his team for this. The Front of House team were always on hand and making sure we are having a good experience, remembering our names from only our first interaction, and helping us book excursions, a special thank you to Linesh here who went above and beyond. The Bar staff are fantastic mixologists, on our part there was very little in the way of decision as we asked for a flavour/spirit base and they would create some amazing cocktails front just that. Once my fiancée said she would like anything with a Cherry in and we were surprised by Nicholas with the drinks he created, so shout out to him also! We will be coming back! Hopefully sooner rather than later
