Hideaway is an exclusive all-suite resort for those who demand genuine luxury and expect only the best. Space and privacy is a hallmark here as there are some of the largest beachfront villas in the Maldives that provides the perfect backdrop for a glamorous retreat. The island host (butler) service, the first of its kind in the Maldives, is near legendary, ensuring that a dream getaway with exemplary service is a reality to meet and exceed guest expectations at all times. Over the years of operation, Hideaway Beach Resort and Spa has been fortunate to host many international celebrities and dignitaries in the resort due to the unique privacy that our island and villas provide. Opened in 2015 with 103 spacious beach and over water villas with their own private pool and hot tub. Tucked away in the northern part of Maldives, we are fortunate to have rich under water sea life, one of the biggest resort island and the only operational private Marina in the country. Four restaurants and bars offer a world of fine dining, including an excellent wine collection. The spa is a true wellness haven with 12 private treatment suites, steam room and hair salon set in manicured gardens. For those who love to be active, two outdoor pools, the recreation centre with its gym, two tennis courts, beach volleyball court, as well as extensive water sports, fishing, diving and a range of excursions ensures there's always something new to explore.

We highly recommend this resort not just because of its calmness and beauty but mostly because of people/ staff. They are all so kind and you feel so special here because they do their best to make you happy. And they do their jobs with heart, with love. They make you feel like we are family and because of them we will definitely come back. First of all we would like to give all compliments to manager of Meethafaru restaurant(i hope i wrote ok) SAFAR - he is sunshine of the restaurant and he always takes his time to welcome guests again and again to make them feel special even more, and at the same time he takes care of everything with other staff so that everything is really perfect. Service, food, best coffee, staff in restaurant they are like little working bees and Safar makes this process perfect. And mango never eated better mango. And then was there waiter in Oasis who was young but so profesional his name startes on A( we are sorry that we didnt remember the name), because of him we mostly eated lunch there. Heart of the water villa we stayed in was housekeeper NAIMUR. His perfection and hard work every day even twice a day - made us feel like villa is our real home. This boy definetly needs more atention from employers because all the work he does he puts all his attention in it and makes it perfect. And finally our girl ESRAA she is such a sweet girl. She took care for everything we needed, she was quickly answering and making everything at the time. Her smile is something you remember for life. So professional, kind.. There are much more words to describe this resort and people we mentioned but we wrote most important. Resort is real paradise, we saw dolphins, turtles, baby sharks.. But important thing is that there are people which we mentioned - they make this place even more special-and because of them and the team work- everything well organised-they make you to come back. There are many beautiful places in the world but this people makes it special and we will recommend this resort to all of our friends. Suzana & Stojan
