Official Description

The resort is located in the hotel zone in Cancun, just 20 minutes away from the International Airport. The hotel communicates with the sister resorts in the area, and offers outdoor swimming pools with loungers and parasols, where guests can relax. The resort also features a spa and a fitness centre as well as a plenty of activities for families and groups of friends. Guests will be able to step onto the cool, white sand and listen to the soft murmur of the waves from their loungers. Guests staying at the hotel can choose from a wide variety of dining options: from Italian cuisine and fresh seafood to international dishes. There are also several shops and supermarkets for added convenience and a helpful staff to help guests with anything they may need to make their stay a memorable experience.

Incredible Vacay!

The staff is incredible. We loved every waiter, pool staff, cleaning crew, concierge, and all the rest. We were able to visit every restaurant and loved every experience. Our room was amazing. The pools and bars were well kept. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Keep it up and give your staff a raise!

Awesome experience!! My friends and I took girls trip here and our expectations were exceeded. Amenities were great and staff was very attentive.Our server Alex in the breakfast / lunch buffet was the best!!! Definitely would recommend!

I had an incredible HIIT workout with Valdemar at the Hilton Mar Caribe gym. He was truly an amazing trainer, pushing me to my limits in a motivating and supportive way. Valdemar's expertise and energy made the session both challenging and enjoyable. I highly recommend booking a session with him if you're looking for a fantastic workout while staying at the Hilton Mar Caribe! Tuve un entrenamiento HIIT increíble con Valdemar en el gimnasio del Hilton Mar Caribe. Verdaderamente fue un entrenador asombroso, llevándome al límite de una manera motivadora y de apoyo. La experiencia y energía de Valdemar hicieron que la sesión fuera desafiante y agradable. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente reservar una sesión con él si buscas un entrenamiento fantástico durante tu estancia en el Hilton Mar Caribe!

Best bartender ever. Made our stay so much of a delight. Filled our drinks before we had to ask. Super thoughtful and on top of it! Had us laughing and happy the whole time. A pleasure to have make our drinks and we couldn’t ask for anyone better, truly.

Had a fantastic stay here. From start to finish, the hotel staff were amazing. Always happy, respectful, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The facilities are five star, from the pools and accommodation to the bars and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
