Official Description

The resort is located in the hotel zone in Cancun, just 20 minutes away from the International Airport. The hotel communicates with the sister resorts in the area, and offers outdoor swimming pools with loungers and parasols, where guests can relax. The resort also features a spa and a fitness centre as well as a plenty of activities for families and groups of friends. Guests will be able to step onto the cool, white sand and listen to the soft murmur of the waves from their loungers. Guests staying at the hotel can choose from a wide variety of dining options: from Italian cuisine and fresh seafood to international dishes. There are also several shops and supermarkets for added convenience and a helpful staff to help guests with anything they may need to make their stay a memorable experience.

This all-inclusive resort exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Mauricio at check-in made everything so smooth. He was very thorough in his details about the resort to make sure we understood everything. Tony was friendly as well. He came around to engage with the guests to play games and made sure everyone felt included. In terms of food and drinks, they have a variety of selection to choose from. You’ll always find something to eat or drink at any given time of the day. The views are amazing to the Caribbean. And the beach access are great with a bar to choose drinks from the comfort of your seat!

Let me begin from the moment as we walked in the lobby. We received superb service from David(Concierge). We were greeted by Alan Andrade as we check-in. Very helpful and professional. Alan an asset to this property. It's only the beginning an d we will be back next year! GRACIAS!!!

Great trip!!

We had an absolutely amazing trip. Zero complaints. Everything was great. Food, Drinks, Pools and staff all phenomenal. Our room was very clean. The entertainment team of Cristian, Leon, Kax, Santos, Tony and Rain. This crew, along with DJ Parker made for a very fun experience for all of us. They truly made us feel like family! The servers, Pedro by the pool was super. Alejandro and Wilfredo at the Rodizio restaurant did a great job during our dinners there. JC and Richie also helped us with our Canana! Jarlin and the reception desk gave us a tour and was very kind and helpful.
