We stayed with our Friends for 4 days from 11th March to the 15th March in the 3 Bedroom Apartment during Royal Thomian Big Match. Everyone has been very friendly and professional and we had a lovely stay. We absolutely loved the Buffet breakfast every morning catering to all kinds of Cusines including " Kola Kenda",Hoppers, etc. The Trainee Supervisor "Ashan" and Trainee Waitress " Dewni" went above and beyond with their service to make it a great experience for us. I was visiting My Mom at the Aged Care Centre in the mornings and Ashan made sure that the " Chicken Soup" was prepared freshly for her and delivered on time providing Exceptional Customer Service. Dewni was always very attentive and courteous and we were impressed with her service as well. All the Staff have been very friendly and courteous. Great location with all the Amenities and Shops around and we will definitely be back next year.

Hidden Colombo Residence is such a peaceful escape from the hustle of the city. The atmosphere is calm, and the pool area is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Everything about the stay was seamless, but what really stood out was the warm welcome we received. Specifically, the service at the pool was exceptional, and we want to give a special thanks to Nelson aiya for being so incredibly welcoming and making us feel right at home.
