My wife and I go away every 6 to 8 weeks and we have been very fortunate to pick some lovely hotels in that period but unfortunately this is certainly not one of them. We popped over for a four night five day stay and this is without any shadow over down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at we had to have three rooms because the first two were so filthy With old toilet rolls and old towels and safes that didn’t work and phones that didn’t work. It took 2 1/2 hours to actually get to a room where we could unpack. NO À LA CARTE RESTAURANT IS INCLUDED THAT IS A VERY KEY THING THAT THE HOLIDAY COMPANIES TRY AND DOWNPLAY BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY €35 PER PERSON FOR ANY À LA CARTE. There is no way to service at the pool which is the first time in over 20 years of five star hotels that I have found this sometimes you have to queue 10 to 12 deep to get a drink whilst it’s 35° no one clears up your glasses for hours. Our mini bar was not stocked up with water on any day despite the fact they tell you they replenish on a daily basis you have to check out at 11 on the day you leave and you can’t even pay for a later checkout if your flight is in the evening This morning there were no towels at 7 am for over an hour because the towel guys hadn’t turned up. The adult area zone has children frequently sitting there even though it only takes up 5% of the complex. The buffet is a free for all and is chaotic with people dipping their hands in the food. I would not stay here again if it was free if you want a quality five star hotel which justifies the price you pay which for me was £3000 for four nights then look elsewhere I have never been to a hotel where everything is about making money more than here

Fantastic Family Holiday at Hilton Dalaman

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 9 night family holiday at the Hilton Dalaman, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Having visited Turkey several times before, we’ve often found the airport transfers a bit of a challenge, especially with two young children. This time, we wanted a resort closer to the airport to make things easier and Hilton Dalaman was the perfect choice. We used DM Transfers at £25 each way, and they were absolutely fantastic and made the journey totally stress free. On arrival, we experienced a few minor niggles at check-in, and we did notice that some sunbeds weren’t always cleaned after use. There was also some confusion with drinks orders, I ended up with Sprite a few times when ordering a rum and Sprite .. but these were very small issues in the context of an otherwise brilliant holiday. The hotel itself is fab, and the staff were excellent throughout. A great choice of drinks, with the cocktails standing out in particular. We had no issues at all with breakfast, lunch, or dinner, which is always a relief on a longer all-inclusive stay there was plenty of variety, and the food quality was consistently high. A special mention must go to the entertainment team, who struck the perfect balance, friendly and engaging without being intrusive. They kept us well informed about the shows and activities each day. We’d also like to give a massive shoutout to a few standout staff members: • Furkan Tunç always took a genuine interest in how our day was going and went out of his way to be helpful whenever we saw him. • Dezin, senior waiter at breakfast – consistently polite, professional, and even remembered our drinks order each morning. • Kubra from the entertainment team, full of energy and always made an effort to connect with guests. • Yana, who ran the darts games, friendly and fun, a great addition to the daily activities and great English We felt safe, relaxed, and never pestered during our stay. The whole family had a fantastic time, and we’ll definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you to all the Hilton Dalaman team for making our holiday so enjoyable!

Back at our favorite place – Hilton Dalaman – for the 8th year in a row! 🏖️☀️ Once again, everything was perfect – amazing food, top-notch service, and the same warm atmosphere we’ve come to love over the years. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I was thrilled to receive an incredible upgrade to a beautiful Corner Suite. Huge thanks to Mr. Serdar Soltekin for arranging the upgrade and for always going above and beyond – your kindness and professionalism make all the difference! Can’t wait to be back again next year – this place truly feels like a second home.
