It was extremely quiet while we were there which was lovely, no hassle in securing sun beds...we almost had the pools to ourselves. The food was ok, there was so much to choose from! I did want to visit the seafood restaurant but it was closed, I suppose it was still a little early in the season. The lunch restaurant near the beach was amazing, certainly my favourite place to eat. A huge thank you goes to Ozer, Murat and all staff who couldn't do enough for us. They are all so friendly. The beach is beautiful, it has a wonderful beach bar and DJ who plays for a few hours a day. The evening entertainment was good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.....I will definitely visit again, hopefully next spring.

Hotel Overall The hotel grounds are exceptionally impressive, offering guests a scenic and spacious environment. One notable feature is a wonderful 2 kilometre loop for walking or running, which encircles the hotel while remaining within its grounds. This provides a great opportunity for exercise and leisurely strolls without leaving the premises. Cleanliness is a standout aspect throughout the hotel. The entire establishment is spotlessly clean, with particular attention paid to all toilets, including those by the pool and others located far from the main building. Every facility was immaculately maintained during the stay. Bedroom The bedroom was remarkably large and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The shower area was also generously sized, offering ample space and comfort. Despite being directly above the main open dining area, noise was never an issue; the soundproofing was so effective that the only way to hear any activity below was to open a window, ensuring a peaceful and restful atmosphere. Main Restaurant The main restaurant left a strong impression with its vast selection of dishes available to guests. The variety and abundance of options made dining a pleasure. The fruit selection was particularly noteworthy, offering fresh and delicious choices. Salads were plentiful, extremely fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The bread was baked fresh each day, and it was evident that no frozen dough was used, ensuring quality and flavour. SPA The spa experience, although expensive, was a highlight, especially during the couples' VIP treatment for a birthday celebration. The spa itself was a magnificent and professional space, providing a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Special thanks go to Zeynep and Komang for their excellent care and attention during the visit. Restaurants There were many restaurants on site; however, most were closed due to it being the off season. Despite this, the main restaurant exceeded expectations with its superb offerings. The Italian restaurant was visited twice, and both the food and service were fantastic each time. The pastry chef deserves particular praise for the enormous selection of pastries, all of which were delicious. After sampling several, it was clear that a few extra kilometres of running each week would be necessary to balance out the indulgence.

I am really delighted to be staying in the lovely Hilton hotel, it is our second visit , great food, great service and good entertainment , very clean and well run. I am the most great full to find the very best Pilates /Yoga teacher Sürgün…. she really was a wonderful kind gentle person , she gave me so much knowledge and the correct instruction to take away with me I will think of her often and look forward to meeting her again !! Thank you x

3rd time stay

Third time visit. Lots of things not open, like some specialist restaurants and bars but understandably because it’s very quiet here. Food is good but not as much selection as usual. Staff are excellent and very courteous and helpful. One thing to be careful with is anyone with a nut allergy. Nuts are in many things, ice cream could be contaminated and not all the food is labelled, so be very careful if you suffer from a nut allergy.

Good entertainment just get rid of the chubby lifeguard

The food was decent, but not particularly memorable. There was usually enough choice if you went early, but if you arrived later to the buffet, the variety noticeably dropped and options felt quite limited. There were plenty of desserts available, though, which might appeal if you have a sweet tooth. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the entertainment team. Oktay, who ran the archery and airgun activities, was friendly, engaging, and made those sessions genuinely fun. Also great fun playing table tennis with him. Ashtan, working with the youngsters’ club, also stood out for being energetic and great with younger guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The only real inconvenience during the stay was at the slides area. The chubby girl lifeguard was consistently unfriendly and came across as quite rude and irritated every day, which took away from what should have been a relaxed and enjoyable part of the resort. I have seen Russian prison guards in movies with more friendly face. Overall, it’s a nice resort with some strong points, especially the entertainment staff, but there are a few areas—particularly food consistency and staff attitude in certain spots—that could be improved.
