I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Anissa from the Front Office team at Hilton Dubai The Walk, whose service was nothing short of outstanding and truly the very definition of hospitality. From the moment I arrived—during what happened to be a particularly tense and difficult time with missile interceptions underway—Anissa offered a sense of calm, confidence, and genuine care. Her warm smile and reassuring attitude immediately made me feel safe and grounded. In those uncertain moments, it genuinely felt like I could rely on her if anything was needed, and that trust is incredibly rare. She went above and beyond by arranging for my room to be ready much earlier than required, a thoughtful gesture that made a significant difference to my arrival experience. Throughout every interaction, she demonstrated professionalism, empathy, and a natural talent for making guests feel personally cared for. I also want to extend heartfelt praise to the Breakfast Team, who were equally impressive. Every morning, they offered warm, attentive service paired with great energy and genuine friendliness. The team worked seamlessly together, always ensuring that guests felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their positive attitude, efficiency, and attention to detail elevated each breakfast experience, making it something I genuinely looked forward to every day. It is the second time we passed our holiday in Hilton Dubai the Walk. The stay was outstanding. All the staff was friendly and competent. We were received very friendly at the front desk. As we had an executive package, Dita and Adnan took good care of us. Also the staff at the 35th floor in the bar was do friendly. Let's say our stay was wonderfull and...... we will return for sure. Thank you again and see you soon. 😊
