Fantastic staycation

My cousin and I had a very excellent experience staycation. We didn’t regret booking here to unwind and relax. The room is very nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating, especially Gigi, Dev and Chef Mamoon. They are very warm, and they’re doing their best to make us happy and satisfied. And also thank you to Afzal housekeeping team for arranging the surprise birthday decoration for my cousin. We will definitely come back here.

They were all very accommodating and provided excellent service. They made my stay truly memorable, especially during breakfast when they surprised me on my birthday and sang for me—it was heartwarming. I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Deira and overall it’s a good option for budget travelers. The location is definitely a strong point. It’s close to the airport, surrounded by restaurants, and very accessible with nearby metro stations. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation very convenient. The room itself was decent, clean and comfortable but nothing particularly special. It’s a standard budget hotel room, so it’s best not to expect anything luxurious. That said, I do think there’s room for improvement, especially in speeding up room service and ensuring everything is thoroughly cleaned before guests arrive. I also tried their dining options. Dinner was okay and the breakfast was decent, nothing extraordinary but satisfactory. What truly stood out during my stay was the hospitality. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, always checking if everything was going well. Special thanks to the check in team and to Kimberly from the restaurant for making my breakfast experience more pleasant.
