Serenity Spa Experience 5 Star!!

I had an opportunity to experience a pedicure at the Crane Serenity Spa this past week at the hands of a young lady Trenell. Although she was trained in all spa services she indicated this was her favourite treatment and it showed. She was methodical, precise and efficient with the entire process and gifted with an attention to detail skill. I have enjoyed a number of pedi’s in my travels and I have to say this one earned the five star rating. Thank you Trenell!

Although we had minor problems with our first room Tennyson made sure that we were accommodated as best as possible along with Ms. Cheryl in making sure our next room was up to par. This is my second time out of the 4 times I’ve been here staying here and everytime the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. My favorite place to stay when I’m in Barbados honestly!!! Food and drinks was amazing and very inexpensive. Susan the manager also came around to check on us which meant a lot to us!
