TRANSPORTATION Extraordinaire! The Wonderful Donna!

PHENOMENAL are the only words I have for Donna. She anticipated our needs assisted with all transportation, the best places to dine, shop and a host of activities. Donna is one of the family! I wish I could take her home with us!

Neglected, depressing hotel

Avoid this hotel at all costs! This place is a complete disaster — run down, unmanaged, and totally neglected. The service was unbearably slow. The grounds had zero landscaping or any sign of care — just a dull, barren mess. There were several messy construction projects going that were unsafe and very disappointing to see. Buildings are rusty and dirty and the photos online do not accurately reflect the reality. Our room was a nightmare: no hot water at times, no lamps, and it was so dark you could barely see. There was a portable AC unit in the main area that didn’t work at all, making the whole place uncomfortably hot. Sliding doors didn’t properly shut so there was a wide gap of hot air flowing in. To top it off, the water was cut off without any warning or explanation. No apologies or warning. It has a depressing vibe that really made our vacation miserable. Photos included. Save your money and stay anywhere else.

We loved the resort. However, we experienced issues with the room. Very very low water pressure, one day no water at all. We had to allow the water to run 30 mins before each shower so it could get hot. We had to go on a cart to another building in our pajamas to shower. This included the sink shower and tub. Very disappointed since we shower 3 times a day in the heat, from the pool and and out to dinner. The customer service we received from Ms Donna and Ms Joan was outstanding. Our room attendant also was extremely helpful and customer service friendly. Older lady, not sure of her name.
