It’s maybe the 4th time I have stayed here in the last three years. Always the same poor experience, rooms completely outdated, bathrooms are like from the 70’s without any improvement over the years, I had to call housekeeping because my bathroom was invaded by ants and my TV had no volume and no way to fix it. Food is average, I had a burger at the pool bar with soggy fries. The only place that worth it is the small coffee shop at the entrance. Hilton needs to really invest in improving and refurbishing this hotel, there are so few options in Ponce and this is definitely not a good one.

A little outdated (our room) but all in all, an excellent bargain with lovely views, public spaces, staff- and a quick uber ride to Ponce - the grande dame of PR! We ll be back.

The resort is lovely, nice and relaxing. I gave it a rating of 4 because the building I was in (OceanTower) had terrible water pressure and one day we did not have water until 10:30am due to a pipe breaking. I can tell the staff work very hard to make these older buildings as beautiful as much as possible. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are nice and soft. A big shout out to Alejandro the waiter for the pool area he was solo and was soooo busy ( many baseball teams) and still served everyone to the best of his ability as quickly as possible and always with a smile!!! The bar food is pretty good for bar food wings were good and the burger was good. Ehh typical bar food. Only had the continental breakfast as we are not big breakfast eaters so it was sufficient. The pool was very clean and well maintained very thing in the hotel was very clean. During a rain storm the staff were out there drying and mopping the floors to ensure no one can slip and fall. Was very impressed with the desk staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Our stay at Hilton Ponce was overall very nice. The staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. It was a real positive that all spoke English fluently and were happy to converse in English. The grounds are amazing, however the pool being unavailable our whole stay was disappointing. We did use the pool and amenities at the Golf complex, but it was an inconvenience and not quite as nice as the main pool. We enjoyed the open areas with lots of seating, the onsite restaurants that offered a variety of food options and the friendly people that the hotel employs. We enjoyed our stay.
