The Hilton Tulum is fantastic!

My family spent five fantastic days at the Hilton Tulum, and we could not love it more! Everything was perfect. The facility was spotless, service was friendly, quick and attentive. The food is the best we have enjoyed anywhere, and so generous! I attended the yoga sessions on the beach with Sofia almost every day, and the experience was so special because of her expertise and the addition of the Mayan cultural team that was part of the routine. At the Sea Salt pool, the entertainers like Eliana made sure that we had so much fun! We had two special waiters, David at Maxal restaurant and David at La Luce that were attentive to our every desire.

The staff and food I have no complaints, if your looking for a swimable beach that's not rocky then avoid this area. The beach is roped off and a small part is only open and it's only weist deep! You definitely need water shoes to balance yourself on the rocks inside the open are of the ocean. There are 6 Casas #1 is an extra charge but you can use the pools of all the other ones including the bars and food. There are no buffets for dinner only breakfast and lunch. You can choose from 6 restaurants to book in advance for dinner or eat at one of the bars. Also be aware check out time is at 12:00 , you can still use the emenitis until 1:00 after that it is $10 per person per hr until the shuttle comes or $25 per person extra to use the room until leaving. Had we known of this I wouldn't have booked this resort for that reason and the beach not being able to swim. Honestly if I wanted to be in the pool I would've have stayed home. The staff are supper friendly and polite.

This was our third stay and our best at the Hilton Tulum. We arrived a day late due to weather related flight cancellations. Jiar, the manager on duty, went over and beyond making our accommodations perfect. We went for lunch every late morning to the Lobby Bar. Very relaxing on the swings! Fernanda, the morning bartender at the Lobby Bar, welcomed us everyday with her warm smile and great personality, Loved her expresso martinis! We really enjoyed Noriku, the Japanese restaurant, almost every night.The waiter, Alex, remembered us from last year. He even remembered what we liked to drink. Every night he made our dinner special. Pedro, his partner, was kind and always made sure our meal was enjoyable. Great property and great team members! Looking forward to our next visit soon!

The Hilton exceeded all my expectations. What a wonderful facility, the layout of the buildings, the design, the food and service are beyond 5 stars! Usually we stay at Vidanta which is unparalleled to most, the Hilton really was comparable in every way!! We will be back again with our family and look forward to a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Want to say a shout out to Carlos and Alfredo were wonderful for the breakfast service!
