We stayed in a 2 BR villa for one night before we checked into our WDW resort. This is the first time we have stayed here. It was a Saturday night, and it was very crowded. In fact, our room wasn't even ready by check in at 4 pm. We had to wait about 30 minutes and then our room was ready. The villa was wonderful. Everything had been newly renovated - nice living room area with a full dining room and kitchen and then the main bedroom with a king bed and a huge bathroom with separate tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom had two twin beds which were fine as well. We were on the top floor so everything was very quiet. The concierge was very nice and gave us some great tips for Disney as well! We didn't use the facilities, but they had a huge pool and lots of activities for families. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great Vacation Stay

We love this place. The staff is extremely responsive to all your needs. It is clean and has everything you need. The location is great too. The only comment I have is that there are a lot of people who return here from year to year and may have a slight entitlement problem. One couple in particular, put a towel down on a lounge chair by the pool to save the chair all day and they only come down for the activity at noon. This same couple never used the pool and were decked out head to foot in clothing, hat, sunglasses, long pants, long sleeve shirts, etc. and never used the pool one time. While I would agree they have all the same right to coming down and sitting by the pool, I disagree with them claiming their chairs for the entire day. Even on cruise ships, this is not allowed. In fact, most cruise ships remove the towels if after 30 minutes nobody is actually using their chair. This is a large facility with many people wanting to actually come and use the chairs/pool.

This resort has it all, heated pools, hot tubs, mini golf, grocery and takeout, bar, tons of activities, barbecues to use, fire tables, corn hole, so much to do plus conveniently located to plenty of stores and restaurants. Love this resort!

Clean and Pleasant Stay

Location was convenient to shopping and various attractions, and the property itself has multiple activities, pools and more on-site. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Atmosphere was pleasant. Seemed like mostly families and older couples. Our room, the King Bed suite, was fairly spacious but a little interesting. It had a large bathroom with separate tub and shower and two sinks and then a smaller room off of that room that had the toilet. That was much more generous than a typical hotel room. But the eat-in-kitchen also contains the sofa (which has a pull-out bed), so that's a somewhat odd combination. And that sofa is near the door, not "out of the way". And there is no desk at all, so the kitchen table would have to be your desk. Given the amenities on-property (for which there is a nightly resort fee) and the room size, this is a good value. Room was clean and comfortable. From the kitchen table, I could hear some talking from the next door unit (which has an adjoining door right there, if that is of interest for families, etc.) We also heard some noise from outside the unit at various times (not late at night or early morning though). I would go back, but would prefer a desk in the room.
