This is an excellent hotel, rooms are of the highest standard, recommend a sea view room. The food is well presented, lots of variation to suit every taste. Hotel bar is well laid out and staff are excellent, friendly and remember you even what you are drinking. Evening entertainment is very varied and enjoyable.The hotel is spotlessly clean, pool is fantastic lots of sun beds always available. The staff are superb very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here, definitely made our holiday.

First time in Majorca and after a little research chose Sa Coma and Hipotel Mediterráneo, very pleased with our choice. Please take the opportunity to book a Select room on high floors, it is worth it for superb sea views (and also coffee capsule machine - good coffee too!). We also loved our balcony. Room could be a little more spacious, but there is decent storage space. Wish they did all inclusive here, we find it makes it easier to plan your budget. The hotel is immaculate, not a bit of dust, dirt or fingerprints anywhere. The cleaning/housekeeping team must be praised for their hard work. During the week we had a plumbing problem with the toilet, we reported it at 9 pm, the receptionist made a phone call, and by the time we went back to the room the maintenance man was already there. He fixed it in a short while. That’s great service! The hotel and resort seems to be 90% German, and if you try out your Spanish you will usually be answered in German, even in some shops! I suppose they are just used to mainly German guests. Hotel is also very wheelchair friendly, we saw quite a few guests in wheelchairs and it is good that there is excellent accessibility to all areas, also reserved table spaces in the restaurant. Food, by the way, is a delicious buffet, plenty of good hot and cold choices. We had a great holiday and would return.

Overall a really lovely place to stay for many of the reasons guests have mentioned previously: staff, cleanliness, food choice, beach location, fabulous swimming pool. Generally there wasn’t a problem finding a sunbed and it’s good they don’t let people ‘reserve’ them. I was a solo female and felt perfectly comfortable. It says a lot that they generally reply in full to feedback on Tripadvisor rather than tick box bland replies not truly addressing any issues. That suggests good management oversight. Catering from what I could see were a mainly German, Spanish, English and French clientele. The pool is really large and great tepid temperature first week of June. Even if there are many people in it you can still easily swim around them There’s a popular aqua aerobics at 12.30 and good variety of evening entertainment if you want to go. So it can be basically very relaxing or you can partake in the activities and classes if you wish. I had a really nice massage and visited the spa and gym, which wasn’t busy. The beach was busy on the Sunday and seemed less so on other days especially on a cloudy more windy day. The water was cold early June and I think the charge for a couple of beach beds was 35 euro. So the hotel is a great choice even if you just like seeing and walking along the beach but don’t want to be on it. And plenty of shops around but it’s very quiet at night, not a party central kind of place. On the whole the food in the buffet at breakfast and in the evening was very good with masses of choice. I tend to like the fish choices and on Saturday there were shelled prawns, moules etc lots of salads, cheese, desert choices too. Some meat, apart from in sauces, maybe on the more well done side. But very tasty and they had a large joint of roast pulled pork freshly cooked. I went solo to the Mediterranean & Asian nights at the beach restaurant. A lovely menu and a nice change from the buffet. The staff in the buffet restaurant are very efficient and hard working. One slight negative issue they could address though, is that they clear away tables promptly, put fresh tablecloths over but then don’t reset them with cutlery. glasses etc. So even if you arrive 45mins or so before the end of service you have to search for a table to sit at. Often asking a waitress can i sit here - then wait for them to put the things on the table. It’s not good enough to have a few tables set right near the entrance, you should be able to sit anywhere. A couple of times at breakfast I had my whole table cleared of everything while I just went up to get something else or more coffee. But they are very good at sorting you out quickly. I have faith that the management would be able to sort out this issue perhaps with staff training. I very much enjoyed my stay and would love to come back. And I really recommend this hotel.
