Pros: high level service with very attentive and friendly staff, close to the beach and Main Street, place to hang swimmers on the bathroom which was appreciated as we had no balcony in our room, good aircon, and overall nice vibe. Appreciated that the hallways were designated quiet zones. Cons: none I can think of! Would stay here again if I were to come back to Sanur

Amazing service and location

We didn’t expect the hospitality and proactiveness would match a 5 star hotel but they did amazing. The manager at the reception and his team were very helpful, suggesting a suitable room arrangements for our kids etc All our request were attended promptly, location was very convenient, just a short stroll from the hotel would be the street where u find food, massage and souvenirs, highly recommended for sanur area

We stayed here for 5 nights and overall had a really good experience. Staff and service were excellent — everyone was super friendly and well-trained, really made us feel welcome. Beds were on the hard side, and only at checkout did we find out they could have done something about it, which would’ve been nice to know earlier. Pillows were great though — both hard and soft provided, and you can ask for more. One thing that surprised us was the toiletries. They use Dove, which to us felt more like basic supermarket stuff than hotel-level amenities. Aircon was strong and worked well most of the time. Breakfast had a decent spread, but honestly, the quality wasn’t great. After two mornings we decided to head out instead — highly recommend Patio, Amigo’s Café, and especially Stuja Di Pantai, which opens early so you can catch the sunrise with a coffee. Location is fantastic — just a 2-minute walk to the beach or the main street in Sanur, but still quiet at night. The pool is on the small/basic side, with just a few deck chairs. All in all, a solid stay. Great staff and location, with a few areas that could be improved.

The Holiday Inn made our Bali experience one to remember. With incredible services from all workers, especially Wira. He went above and beyond when serving us, making us feel like home. The food was safe and delicious, and our room was always clean. Overall an amazing holiday and experience.
