I’m Charles from France and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Mauritius. While the property itself is wonderful, what truly made my experience unforgettable was Ms. Bella at the front desk. From the very moment I arrived, Bella’s warm smile and genuine friendliness set the tone for my stay. Her communication skills are outstanding - clear, attentive and always delivered with a personal touch that makes you feel valued as a guest. What impressed me most was her in-depth knowledge and thoughtful recommendations. Whether it was suggesting must-visit sightseeing spots, guiding me to experience authentic local cuisine or simply ensuring every request was handled promptly, she went above and beyond at every step. Bella is not just a front desk professional, she is a true ambassador of hospitality. Her passion, warmth, and dedication to guest satisfaction are rare and deserve special recognition. What an amazing place to stay at Mauritius, near the airport, beautiful scenic location, great service and extremely friendly staff. Enjoyed my 3 night stay. Special mention for Ms Bella at the guest Services desk who made the stay even more delightful with her recommendations, friendly conversation and knowledge about the place. Well recommended place to see around and have meals. Will definitely come back!! Will surely come back for the Thank you!!

A nice and comfortable place close to MRU airport. Friendly staff and nice look and feel both inside the hotel and outside the hotel. They have a regular shuttle to/from airport.

okay i didn’t manage to stay here but bare with me ……my flight was cancelled on the 1st of march due to airspace closure in dubai. i was moved to another hotel with emirates to then be told to leave as they wouldn’t pay for us anymore. there was no way to contact them both telephone and online chat. we used the hotel taxi service of the hotel that emriates put us up in to then find ourselves nearly ambushed at knife point for money. terrifed after our lucky escape where i got out a moving car to safety i made it to the airport to try get help. no one could help there lost terrifed tired and all accommodation hotels around the airport was full. i arrived at the holiday inn close to the airport and everyone was in the same situation. there is an angel of a lady behind the desk called christobel who helped me change money so i could get another taxi called a hotel taxi to keep us safe assured me they had insurance and id be okay to get in the taxi and then helped us find a guest house at 10pm at night i can’t thank her enough for helping me in my hour of need !!! she is an asset to your company deserves a promotion for her kindness to someone who’s not even a guest at your hotel. gutted i didn’t get to stay as you where full but id highly recommend a stay here, if this was the help i got and when you where full. god bless you christobel
