Disappointing stay!

This time we stayed in one of the two main towers. These buildings and rooms are showing their age are dated and need to be redone. Some details, doors coming off their tracks. Cabinets doors that don’t stay closed. Antique lighting fixtures with no USB ports, loose electrical outlets that won’t hold a charger. Broken locks, stained carpet in the bedroom, old couches with broken springs. The only saving grace is that the mattress and bedding were very good! Slow to clean rooms. We came back from the beach after 4PM and our room was not yet cleaned. House keeping was slow and nasty when I called for missing wash clothes and hand towels! That being said, the prices were very reasonable and the location is great! I will look to try the Hyatt Regency or Marriott next time since they are on the same stretch of beach!

Maxi was an amazing server!!!!! She was so personal and knowledgeable about the menu and choices. The food was excellent! We loved the kids meal options and the steak - so many sauces to choose from!! Definitely get the pistachio crème brûlée for dessert

My family and I came to the Holiday Inn Aruba for a 10 day family vacation, and we had a wonderful time! The rooms were clean, the location is perfect, and the restaurants had very good food. All of the staff are extremely lovely, but shout out to one in particular - Techna. We have a 7 month old and she was always coming around, making sure we were okay and making our little guy laugh. He’s going to miss her, as are we!!

Outstanding staff, especiallyYuru, Ramon, and Guido from the restaurants, excellent food, nice beach, hotel dated, needs a little bit of TLC. The bathroom needs reapering, water in the shower doesn't hold temperature. Very nice beach and pools.
