The hotel is very nice in a nice location, approx 15m to Bodrum or Gumbet - it’s quite hilly, so if you have walking difficulties this may not be the hotel for you. Taxi to / from Bodrum is about 200tl, so not too expensive. The hotel is very nice and well appointed, all of the staff are really friendly, there us nothing too much trouble for them, a big shout out the Serhant, certainly an absolute gentleman and perfect host. The breakfast was exceptional, don’t expect an English breakfast, you’re in Turkey, but what was on offer was plentiful and delightfully delicious. The views over Bodrum bay are spectacular, you could stand for hours in awe at the view. The bar is a bit pricey, certainly wasn’t expecting to pay £8 for a “can” of local beer but they make the prices & that’s their choice. Whilst we went off season, it was disappointing that the pool wasn’t open, in fact it was dirty green water, if it was drained & cleaned, it wouldn’t of looked half as bad, we received no prior notification or at check in despite the website stating otherwise. All in all, a nice break with exceptional weather.
