Official Description

The hotel is located on the coast at the midst of luxurious tropical gardens. The complex affords its own white sandy beach that spans almost 1 km. The centre of Montego Bay is roughly a 15-minute drive away, whilst Ocho Rios is 1.5 hours away. This all-inclusive hotel comprises a total of 524 rooms and 26 suites as well as a garden and terrace. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility and a hairdressing salon. Guests can take advantage of meeting rooms, an Internet connection and a laundry service. Moreover, a wide range of drink and dining facilities are also available. The hotel rooms, dining area etc are very clean and organized. I admire the staffs, they are very hardworking, helpful and patient. The servers are amazing, Sherika was one of our favorite; very respectful and polite. Carisa the bartender is the life of the party, she gives excellent customer service and is very welcoming,,my husband and I look forward to her making our drinks.. Pauline, Elsa, Irene and Serena thanks mucj for spending time with my son, he is always excited to come to the club and very sad to be going back home. Lukiesha is always helpful in guiding us to get the necessary information we need to navigate through overall my experience here was wonderful. Despite the renovation the company did there best along with staff to make guests comfortable.. THANKS MUCH LOOKING FORWARD TO RETURN..

Thumbs Down for Food- Up for Staff

Surprised that it was NOT the best tasting nor looking Jamaican food I have had at an all inclusive Jamaican resort. That day the lunch options on the buffet line were not appetizing nor even looked appealing. The curried goat was good - the rice display unappealing- as well as sub par. Just no. Nope. The STAFF WAS GREAT!!!! Front desk, bell hop, bar service - just lovely.

This hotel is not as beautiful as its competition but there Customer service is very good. I was told by a family member to go & meet Elsa & Serena at the Kids club & trust me, they did not disappoint. These ladies custoner service is by far the best i have ever experienced in all my traveling experience. They are very creative & patient with the children. It was Elsa's birthday on August 10th & my kids told me from the night before that they have to sing happy birthday to her, so I must wake them up early the next day,, this warms my heart. Children knows good people & I hope the owners & managers are paying attention to these ladies that are giving international service. The food was very good, I loved the jerk chicken & pork & my children loved the crepe & ice-cream, there's always someone cleaning & i love that my 2 lease favorite thing was that there's a need for more umbrella on the pool deck & less cats on the property.

Kids Club ladies Elsa & Serena ( simply the best)

I brought my niece to celebrate her pep exam achievement ,she did extremely well & I must say That Elsa & Serena made her feel so special, These ladies are the best products of the hotel, customer service on point, energetic, creative & their love for children speaks volume. The food was good, I love the variety, My only concern were too many cats on the property & the drinks tasted odd ( we didn’t like it). Other than that I had a blast. I will definitely be back very soon.

Kidz Club

The Kidz Club was awesome, they kept the kids from 9:00 am - 4:45 pm daily. The kids are always engaged with various activities and were safe. Big shout out to Elsa and Serena we appreciate your service.
