Great hotel and stay!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, we booked 6 days before we arrived and it did not disappoint! Stunning complex, recommend the 5 euro towels... brilliant! We used the beach bus which was fab. Rooms are very big and impressive! Entertainment staff amazing! We stayed bed and breakfast, the food was gorgeous! X defo recommend

Exceptional family holiday

Just got home from a fabulous stay here. Large 2 bedroom apartment in the main block above reception, with fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space and 2 lovely balconies. We were self catering and had everything we needed although had the options to pay for breakfast/ meals if we wanted. Can't fault our stay at all, the complex was really clean and well maintained, cleaners came tonour apartment twice and did a superb job. Staff were excellent, friendly and knowledgeable, we had a door lock that was broken upon arrival (only arrived at 10:30pm) and maintenance man was out to fix it first thing in the morning. The shop across from reception was so handy, with the children being able to go and get fresh pastries in the mornings. The lifeguard at pool 3 was exceptional and made such an effort with the children, pool 2 and 3 are so quiet and beautiful surroundings. Visited pool 1 for the foam party which went down a storm with the children. Good range of food and drinks available to order from both pool 1 and 2. We rented pool towels from the spa at £5 for the duration of our stay which was well worth it for us, we changed them halfway through our stay for clean ones. The free bus runs on the hour and takes you down to the beach, with €5 taxi to get back up the hill at the end of the night. On departure day we left our cases in the locked luggage room and spent the day down at pool 2, we were then allowed to use spa facilities to shower and dry hair before heading to the airport. Really thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Room for improvement

Overall very enjoyable stay but some things could be improved. 1.the breakfast The juice machine was either out if order or overflowing, Hash browns only available on our first morning & towards end of week no sausages. The scrambled egg was swimming and a solid mass. Breakfast was kaos & one morning we had to wait ages to be seated- all other morning we were allowed to seat ourselves. 2. Evening entertainment - there isnt any unless your 8 . 3. The apartment we stayed in was nice apart from the upstairs bathroom needed overhauling, shelves were loose , the bath had obviously leaked and the tiles around were all misaligned . A 2nd shower would of been better. 4. As other have stated the lifeguard spent all day on their phone & at end of their shift just walked off.

Hollywood Mirage - We will be back

Fantastic Stay – We'll Be Back! Our first stay here has been absolutely fantastic, and we're already planning our return! Right from the start, everyone has been incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially loved being able to communicate so easily via WhatsApp – it made everything so convenient. We're staying in a two-bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms, which has been perfect for us traveling with two young adults. It's so nice to have that extra space and privacy. The apartment is also very clean and has a full kitchen, which we really appreciated. While it's getting a little worn out, it's still comfortable and all the amenities worked perfectly. The apartment cleaning service every three days is excellent and done very well. The only area for improvement we noted was with the lifeguards around the pool. Given the recent news of a child drowning in a pool in Los Cristianos, it's a stark reminder of how quickly accidents can happen. We observed some lifeguards looking at their phones and would strongly urge them to pay closer attention to the pool and swimmers. Despite that one point, our stay has been truly wonderful. We've had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Nice and clean apartment with all the amenities

This was our 2nd stay at the mirage First time we stayed in a studio sea view Very small but has everything you need Sadly noisey people upstairs moving furniture in the early hours after being out 2nd stay we stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with a sea view Way much better lay out and had a full kitchen set up Sadly same again people next door slamming the front door early hrs of the morning and then playing music till 4am But overall a very nice clean apartment Will stay here again But on the 6th floor not the 4th floor
