Nice Stay and Location for Exploring Northern Keys & Everglades

Very good suites hotel for us with a full kitchen. Sofa was nice with privacy drape for granddaughter sharing room. Location near Turnpike exit was perfect for us as a base in visiting the north and central Florida Keys area. Clean room and facility in general. Breakfast was good here.

Dirty, bed bugs and rude staff.

Horrible. We were given the room 302 at check in. As a public health advisor I always check for cleanliness. Upon entering the room I immediately found bed bugs. Went straight back to the desk and he said he knew they had been having issues with them and he thought that room was good to go. We always stay with Hilton hotels but this was the worse experience.

When we arrived Melina greeted us at check in and told us what we needed to know. The supervisor was also there as well. They were so welcoming and helpful! Melina even helped me out with scanning our things we bought. Technology! But we really enjoyed our stay and the room was comfortable.

Convenient Choice for Biscayne National Park

We spent two nights here while engaging in activities at Biscayne National Park. The hotel is very convenient to the park Visitor Center. It is a great choice for adventures in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful; when we arrived on Valentine's Day, they even offered candy to guests! The breakfast was pretty good, about what you would expect. The room was spacious and the full size refrigerator was appreciated. The furniture was showing wear. I'm not sure if there are any rooms with two beds, but none were available when we reserved, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed. Comfort wise it was okay, but every time I moved the springs sounded like an earthquake. The pool looked very nice but we were too busy and tired to take advantage of it. There are a lot of really wonderful restaurants nearby; check out Havana Spice and don't miss Robert is Here fruit stand!

We stayed here for one night whilst driving around Miami and surrounding areas. This hotel is very dated and needs a refresh. Whilst the reception staff were helpful, we booked a king suite as there were 3 of us staying. When we got to the room there was a king bed and a sofa bed. This in itself was not a big issue, however the sofa bed was not made up and was still just a sofa. I went to reception and informed them and they said that they will get housekeeping to come up. When housekeeping came to the room they simply showed us in a cupboard where the spare bedding was and left. We then had to make the bed. Poor as the booking was for 3 adults, so should have been made up. The sofa bed was old and very uncomfortable and noisy with the slightest movement. The breakfast in the morning was poor, pre made muffins with egg and sausage or bacon, but they were just made up and kept in a warmer, so were dry and not very nice. Hotel is in a good location for visiting the Everglades alligator farm, 10 minutes down the road and there are plenty of restaurants within walking or a 5 minute drive.
