Good location. Poor hotel

Room was nice. Big bed and clean. Balcony tiny so no room to sit out. Staff friendly but more training needed service was very slow. Prob 30 minutes from asking for beers food or towels to them arriving. One time it was food …. Drink…. Then the cutlery 🙁 Rooftop pool needs updating.. unsafe at times emergency fire escape had missing handrails. Just a bit of black and yellow tape ! Dodgy floor. Screws everywhere lifted. Bar was not even open. We left 2 days early. Sadly would not return Never once had the breakfast. Was not the best.

Location is great. Close from airport, beaches, restaurants, shopping and spas. Staff are hospitable and helpful. Average room but good value for money. 5 stars to Lilik. She was wonderful and trying the traditional costume was a great addon.

Comfortable, convenient and relaxing

Had an incredibly comfortable and pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful staff at Horison. The service and food is great for both the breakfast buffet and the a la carte menu (especially for vegetarians) and the hotel is located near a convenience store, the beach, an ATM, laundrettes as well as multiple massage and spa salons. Additionally, we would like to thank Lily for dressing us in traditional Balinese attire and taking pictures. We enjoyed it a lot!

We had a fantastic stay at Horison Seminyak! The Family Suite was perfect for our family. Special thanks to Lilik for the lovely Balinese costume experience and wonderful photos! A shoutout to Neeta as well at the hotel bar for serving us the BEST cocktails. Both their hospitality was top-notch! Great job, team Horison Seminyak! We'll definitely be back!
