My husband and I stayed at this hotel 9 years ago . It was lovely then but this time the whole place felt tired and needs a big refresh. The bedroom are spacious as are the balcony’s but the bathrooms needs a total overhaul . New showers and fittings made safe as getting in and out of the bath was tricky to say the least. The tiles around the lower pool needs sorting as they are lifting And handrails need to be fitted on external stairs as we witness a nasty fall while we were there and apparently the reception staff were not helpful at all. No medic on site and nothing was even suggested. The couple went to their Rep to sort it out in end . The staff in the piano bar were biased to what holiday maker they served .( young and pretty ) Also there was plenty of talking among them but no staff waiting on customers. Must say the guys who were out on the floor were quick and delivered drinks within a reasonable time frame. The windows in the bar needs that greenery taken down and windows cleaned . The restaurant was good , may have to do a bit of walking around but seemed to be something for everyone’s palate. Cakes were amazing . It was run like a well oiled machine in regard to being seated. Lifts ,only 1 was working from the lower pool to the high pools , so a lot of time was wasted waiting . Last day and it had been fixed . Will we go again ? No not unless it’s been refurbished.

Avoid and go somewhere else!

Would never stay here again very dated and very dirty, hotel was dirty and the rooms were disgusting. We are a family of four - pools are freezing and lots of sun bed hogging! We cut our trip short and checked out after 3 days ( was meant to be there for a week) after a neighbour was battering his wife next door which scared my children so much they wanted to leave! Rang receptionist who said they would send security up I waited for two hours and no one came. Very following morning we packed up and got out of there we wasn’t offered another room or even an apology. Cleaners in the hotel are useless and put dirty bedding on beds leave crumbs everywhere before you’ve even arrived. Honestly I would never return to this hotel and I advise you to stay clear! Meant to be a 4 star hotel I wouldn’t even give it one. Entertainment shocking cracked tiles and nails around pool area dirty throughout staff useless and not helpful! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Kids loved it especially the kids club. Upgraded drink package was great kids where happy to be left and after watching the kids where safe to be left and loved every minute of it. Food is typical Spanish hotel style hit and miss depending on what they do well

Great family hotel. Animation team are fab and what makes the hotel, they put lots of effort in. The kids club both kids love it age 8 & 6 and ask often to attend which gives us parents a welcome break. The pools are good but could do with a little attention to loose tiles. Plenty of options with the pools as there are multiple. Food is good all inclusive food however a bit too much seafood for our liking. This is our 3rd visit as a family of 4

Amazing hotel

Just got back from a lovely stay at this fabulous hotel. We travelled for a special occasion and this hotel went above and beyond for us. We were upgraded free of charge to a sea view room and was left balloons and a card. The place is absolutely spotless! It's in a very good location close to everything. An excellent amount of choice in the restaurant and the staff can't do enough for you. By far the best hotel I've stayed In and I would highly recommend
