Hotel Best Jacaranda

Beautiful hotel, We enjoyed our stay and would come back however we do have a few isssues; The reception staff are incredibly rude. We checked in and she was extremely abrupt and not very welcoming. When we checked out the man didn’t ask if we enjoyed our stay or wish us safe travels like you’d expect, also no please and thank yous. The bar staff and cleaners Were very friendly, couldn’t fault them. The rooms were clean and tidy, we stayed Thurs- Mon and the rooms were cleaned daily. Fresh towels each day. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything from next door. Our neighbours had a very noisy door so could hear this when opening and shutting. There are a few areas around the pool where tiles or boards had come Loose. The hotel pools are absolutely freezing!! we sat around both areas ( upstairs and downstairs) The poolside entertainment seemed ok but they didn’t bother us like some hotels. We stayed and watched one show which was tragically awful. It was an ‘acrobatics ‘show which consisted of a middle aged man running around the stage and then spent the rest of the show blowing bubbles. We weren’t not sure if it was children’s entertainment or not. We wouldn’t recommend staying to watch. Lots of nice local bar and shops

Overall, the stay was quite mixed. The food was okay, but there were a couple of days where the quality was really poor and we had to eat out. On a positive note, the desserts were consistently nice and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels very outdated, and this shows especially in the rooms. The bathrooms were not clean and had visible black dirt/mould, which was quite off-putting. The facilities overall were also not very appealing and could definitely use improvement. If you want an aesthetic stay this is not the place for you. Another downside was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, you can hear everything, which made it difficult to relax properly and to sleep. The walk to the Siam park free bus is very close and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Overall, while there were a few positives, the cleanliness, noise, and outdated facilities made the experience disappointing and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

I stayed here couple weeks back . Seen the reviews and thought, jesus what have I done ?!? . So glad I went with my gut to make my own opinion when I got there . Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely rooms ,the rooftop pool was our favourite 😍. The cleaners were lovely and had spotted my birthday cards so they wrote me one and gave us a bottle of bubbly which was super thoughtful and great little surprise to come back to after a full day at siam ! . The ladies on the front desk were amazing with booking us taxis and explaining where to go ect .. the food was a hit and miss ,some nights it was great other nights not so much but I've had that in many buffet style restaurants , the staff are lovely in there and are non stop cooking ! . The entertainment was good but we didnt go there much. Im definitely booking for the future and bringing some more family with me who will love this place just as much as I did . We had a bottom floor apartment and the ivy and trees had grown round it making it hard to see from the other side which we loved and we also had all the little birds nesting in there which made some amazing noises and wake up calls in the morning 😊. Couldn't fault this place ! Thank you for having us cant wait to come back soon !! I paid off peak prices and for what I paid we really got super lucky ! The location was perfect 👌 nothing was too far away and any thing that would take abit to walk was accessible by taxi or free buses. The atmosphere of the hotel itself was lovely a mix of family's, lads on holiday , couples ,old couples , gay ,straight ect . Everyone was there from all walks of life, super nice area, calm and everyone respectful of everyone else. Id read reviews about the smell of weed and I have to say during the day ,absolutely nothing but at night mostly up by the roof top . There was the odd smell . I did notice it was always when people's balcony's were shut and all kids in bed like early hours of the night so even that was being smoked respectful and it wasnt every night we could smell it either. We absolutely loved it here and cant wait to return .

Place was good and plenty to do, food was nice but can be repetitive but still good, Mexican night was probably my favourite, close to the beach though Hill is big coming back up, room always cleaned everyday and staff were great with my daughter

Fantastic location.. nice big room F770 no issues at all. We had 3 rooms all on the same floor. Full sun hits balcony around 3 and lasts till sun down
